My experience was good and I would rate 3.5/5. Ray was very friendly and helpful answering the questions I had about the car. The sales process was smooth and I feel like I got a good deal for the car and warranty. However, Ray made a mistake on the registration document with the address, which then caused us a lot of unecessary stress over the weekend. Greenlight motors did pay for this to be rectified which we appreciated but I feel this should've been avoided in the first place. Furthermore, we agreed delivery for Sunday and this was then cancelled on Sunday morning, which I was very disappointed about. When the car did arrive on Monday the man delivering the car was very nice and the car arrived in good condition and in the early morning like I requested. We also agreed the bent number would be replaced before the car was delivered but this was not done. Overall, I was happy with my actual sales experience but not as happy with my after sales process.

I was pleased with the overall service from Greenlight, I felt they did particularly well in making it a easy and simple buying process. They spent the time going through all the forms and filling them in with me. All I had to do in the end was sign a few things. There was no rush about it and they made sure within that time the car was valetted for me. Since purchase I haven't come across any problems with my car. I would rate my overall experience a 5 out of 5.

Went with my Dad to Greenlight to help him with a car purchase, the general service from them was very good, they were nothing but helpful and got everything sorted within a reasonable time. Within that timeframe they also made sure the car was thoroughly cleaned for us. My Dad loves the car and had no issues with it so far. Couldn't rate anything less than a 5/5.

So far everything has been going perfectly with my new car. The customer service from Greenlight was pretty spot on, it all went smoothly I have no complaints. It was very much a in and out process, I took the car for a test drive which allowed me to really decide if I wanted it and then everything was completed within about 20 minutes after that. I am rating a 4.5 as there is always room for improvement but I have to say this experience was as good as it gets from my end.

I would give them a 4, mainly because they haven't sent the repair kit, ie. Spare wheel, jack and other associated accessories which were missing on vehicle delivery. They promised to send them to my address since last year when I made them aware they were missing but up to now am still waiting. Other than that on fair ground and all other factors considered if were to buy again, I would still by from them but make sure I have all the accessories attached to the vehicle prior delivery, to avoid this back and forth of missing items. Customers-wise services are spot on. I genuinely give them credit especially the ones (sorry I can't recall their particulars I could have mentioned them here, may be next time I will write their details somewhere for reference incase I do forget) that handled my purchase everything went on well actually more than I expected. For that am profoundly grateful and like I said if I ever need to buy again I wouldn't hesitate to contact them as long the vehicle that I would want is in-stock and if not in stock I bet they can track it down for me. Once again my family and I are truly thanks for the vehicle we really enjoy it, so far so good no issues with the vehicles at all at all.

Chris was excellent to deal with, I did have a little issue that I had to take back to get sorted, however they did it right away without any trouble which was really appreciated. When I initially purchased the car was valetted beautifully for me and so far I am happy with it. 5 out of 5 from me!

The recent purchase I give 5 because it was hassle free (apart from the part ex I traded my peugeot in for)....there is a problem with my new car but it's being sorted promptly

Really friendly staff. Chris and Ray made the whole process super easy for me, explained everything really well and were totally transparent. My car was delivered to my home the next day by Ray. Couldn't have asked for better support and service.
