Motor Market set up a direct debit with dvla using my partners bank details without his consent or knowledge.
They speak to you like your a child. Telling me dont be silly and im cuckoo. Absolute joke of a company. Criminals and they put stuff about my financial circumstances all over trust pilot for everyone to see. The owner made personal attacks about my financial situation saying i know a lot about debts bet you have got alot. Then laughed.
Ive spoken to citizens advice and explained to them whats been going on and they have told me that the company has breached the agreement from day 1.
The atitude of the staff is ridiculus and the owner is arrigant and very personal with the way he speaks to us. Talks down to us and thinks he is better than us.

My first car for me from here, husband's had 2. Every time the staff are professional and friendly, they do their utmost to cater for your individual needs. Would 100% recommend them.

As someone with poor credit I expected either to be refused or for the process to be stressful and take an age but with deep helping out and keeping me updated at every step of the way from applying to driving away took 4 working days no pressure tactics just a genuine desire to do what’s best for the customer can not recommend highly enough...many thanks Motor Market and I will be back again.

Today I got my car from the Motor Market and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much iwy (iwan) for all your help! You were amazing! Very patient with me changing my mind several time on what car I wanted... found the best, affordable deal and even got asked out on a date! To then opening the bonnet with a surprise of a beautiful bouquet of flowers... Paperwork was easy aswell... probably the simplest car purchase I’ve ever had. I will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you once again. :)
