Spoke to 2 separate people at the dealership, and they were both very good. The experience as a whole was great. So far so good in regards to the VW Polo. I'm very happy with the car.

After reading the reviews online re Ponko, to be perfectly honest I was rather worried about purchasing a car from them. But I was after a specific car, and they had one for sale. So arranged to view. I called & booked an appointment with Bogdan. Really nice chap, no hard sell, allowed us to have a good look at the car, I know the Touaregs very well so I didn't need to be shown anything. It was exactly as described & the video I was sent showed all was ok. I did ask for a video of a certain area, and it was taken & sent to me quickly. I also had issues with the paint colour code, again Bogdan went out of his way to send pictures, info etc. I was actually a bit demanding to be honest, yet Bogdan responded quickly & professionally each & every time. I love my car, I was looking for something very specific so I knew what to look for in terms of faults etc. I arranged for the car to be delivered to me, again it was done quickly & arrived on time in exactly the same condition. Anything Ponko said they would do to the car, they did, unless I told them not to (as I planned to do work to it anyway). I'm very quick to complain about poor service, but I cant fault Bogdan/Ponko re my experience. The delivery chap was also really nice, took time to make sure I was happy with the car before leaving. Both are a credit to Ponko.

Bogdan at Ponko was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Enjoying the Seat Ateca. It is going back in for a warning light soon, which they are helping me get resolved. I give my experience at Ponoko five out of five stars.

I'm enjoying my new Ford Fiesta, and the whole buying experience was straightforward. Overall I'd give it four stars.

Found the Corsa on Autotrader. The car has been fine so far. We went to pick the car up on a Saturday, as I work Monday-Friday. I did have to pay £100 to collect it on a Saturday, which I wasn't too pleased with. When I went down, I spoke with Jack. He was okay. We took the car for a test drive and would have liked to go out on my own just to have a bit of freedom, but other than that, it was okay, and they do a really nice iced coffee, which is always a positive. I would still definitely recommend Ponko to anyone looking to buy a car.

Came across the Toyota C-HR on the Ponko website. When I went to the dealership, it was a bit busy, but the person we dealt with was helpful. We also got a free coffee, which is always a nice bonus.

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Ponko. I went with the BMW X1, as the pedals are easier for me to use, and I like the cars. They are always brilliant and helpful at Ponko.

Found the VW Scirocco on Autotrader. I wasn't originally looking for the Scirocco, but it stood out to me whilst at Ponko, and the car has been good since the purchase. I would give my experience a four out of five.
