5 - Marcin and the Team were superb, from my test drive on the Monday (purchase), and pickup on the Saturday (5 days later). I have had an issue with the infotainment system (probably overload), Marcin came to see me to run a diagnostic check, and then booked me in for the onsite mechanic to check (handy as dropped off while on my summer holiday). Will definitely purchase more vehicles through Prestige in the future, starting with a birthday present for my nephew's 17th. Thanks guys :)

As a first time buyer from a garage, this is absolutely the standard I would now expect. Both the owner and salesman at the showroom were more than happy to show me around the car. Neither were pushy to get a sale but obviously wanted to make sure I was interested. They also weren't pushy when it came to warranty. A well presented tidy garage and showroom. All in all, a pleasure to do business. I'd be happy to recommend the garage to anyone looking.

We saw the car online and knew we wanted it, we have had a smart car in the past and just find them really convenient and nice to drive. We did want to take it home the same day, but he wanted to get a full MOT done on it for us before we took it. The guy we dealt with was really helpful and transparent, I felt we pressured him rather than him trying to push us into anything haha! We came back for the car less than a week later, it was cleaned and ready for us, a smooth and easy transaction from start to finish, would recommend for anyone looking for a helpful and reliable dealership.

Nigel was brilliant. We went to view the car and there were a few things that Nigel wanted to do and that we wanted done before it was ready to come with us. He was very thorough and transparent from start to finish. A full MOT was done amongst other things and we came to pick up the car a week later.
It was really nice to have this experience as previously we had such a nightmare with another dealership and car. It was issue after issue. I really appreciated how knowledgeable Nigel was. He talked us through everything and made sure we were one hundred percent happy which gave us such peace of mind.
I would highly recommend. It is so clear that they care about providing a high standard of customer service and that the cars are problem free. It has been a positive experience from start to finish which is definitely what we needed and we would definitely use the dealership again in the future.

The service from here was perfect, no issues or complications, the vehicle I got is great, very pleased with it, the only thing that I am knocking half a star off as I did have to apply for my own logbook, but in the grand scheme of things this is a minor thing and I would definitely recommend due to the customer service, the condition the cars are sold and the overall experience.

We didn't really know what we were after when looking for a new car, but Nigel at Prestige Motors Kent was fab at helping us. I would happily rate my experience of buying a car from Prestige Motors Kent 5 stars. The car is running well, and the service I received from Nigel was fantastic. I think there may be a small issue with the cambelt, but I'm confident the warranty will cover it. I would definitely use these guys again!
