This is the first time in 30-odd years of driving that I’ve had to make a warranty claim, and I must say TMO have set the bar pretty high! Everything was handled really well, I was kept in the loop and I even had a courtesy car, which took a lot of pressure off. Danny and the guys at Apex completed the repair, and they were all as sound as a pound. No grief and no complaints!

I was abroad when a warning light came on in our Range Rover Sport (Sod’s Law!), so my wife took it back to the dealership. She also reached out to TMO who we’d taken the warranty with and I believe their advisors were very helpful. Once the garage diagnosed the fault we left everything to them. They dealt directly with TMO to organise the claim so the whole process was pretty straightforward. We’re very satisfied with both the repair work and the smooth, stress-free warranty claim.

Our car broke down on the Thursday so we took it back to the dealership on Friday. It turned out it needed a new DC-DC converter and they dealt directly with the Motoring Organisation to process the warranty claim. Everything was covered and we had the car back by Monday which was great. One minor criticism is that it would’ve been really helpful if TMO could’ve assisted with a courtesy car. We’ve got a little one, so we couldn't use my van and I ended up having to sort one separately through my insurance.

I’m happy to be back on the road, and the repair on my Mercedes was completed about a week ago. TMO were helpful and always returned my calls. I was a little disappointed that only part of my claim was paid out, but the warranty was still very helpful when I needed it.

My Jaguar XE needed a new electric fuel pump, so I passed the Motoring Organisation’s contact details over to my repair garage and they handled everything from there. The repair’s now complete and I’m satisfied with how everything was dealt with.

I've had other warranties in the past and they weren't worth the paper they were written on , but my experience with you's guys has been totally different. Everything about the claim was dead easy, simple and you got me sorted in no time with no hassle. It saved me forking out a load of money on repairs so I'm thankful I had your policy in place.
