Having been anxious about buying a car online during the Covid restrictions I can honestly say that Top Gear Stoke made the whole process very easy. Jaffer answered every question I had and arranged to send me a video of the car taking time pointing everything out . He explained that the car could be delivered to my home address -with no obligation to purchase if the car was not to our liking on delivery -with just the petrol cost to cover . My partner has Parkinson’s & we have recently got a dog so needed an automatic car and a SUV or estate with a large boot . The car we bought is ideal -very comfortable and a good size. Jaffer arranged a part ex with my car and the driver that came with the new car was lovely & explained everything to us -went through all the controls & explained what we needed to do to sort out the new registration and helped to put our private plate on retention in readiness to put on the new car . After parting with my car I realised I had left a pair of glasses & my favourite cd in the car .! Following a phone message to Jaffer he kindly checked and retrieved these for me and has agreed to send them on to me . That’s what I call excellent service! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone who is anxious like we were about buying from them . First class car and customer service.

The guy I dealt with, was great, very nice guy. The customer service was spot on at Top Gear Stoke. I bought a BMW 5 Series, and the car has been great since purchasing. I would happily buy from Top Gear again in the future.

Everything was brilliant with Top Gear Stoke, the salesman is a really nice guy, he was welcoming and helpful. We made a deal on the Honda CR-V, there was a little paint job I wanted done before I took the car away, he did this no problem, and to a high standard. I'm very happy with the car, it looks good, nice to drive and was a great buy at a great price! Thanks Top Gear, I will be back when I'm needing a new car, but for now I will recommend the dealership to others.

I felt very looked after when visiting Top Gear Stoke, I was valued as a customer, Jaffer the salesman was brilliant, very helpful, not pushy and had lots of info. I went to see a Toyota Yaris, the condition was great, price was fair and the mileage was low. It fitted exactly what I needed. Really happy with the car, I can't recommend Top Gear Stoke enough.

I really can't fault Top Gear Stoke in any aspect, the customer service was brilliant, Jaffer was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought a Mercedes Sprinter - the van is running well and lovely to drive, over-all highly impressed with the dealership, service and vehicle.
