I have been using the car quite a bit since getting it and everything is running great. We dealt with Charlotte at the dealership. She was very professional and efficient. We came to see the car and picked it up within the following week. I did think it could have been valeted a little better, and we did have to bring it back to get a seal fixed. However, they handled it very quickly and without any hassle.

I had a few issues that affected my overall experience. The car broke down after just five days and needed a new water pump. Before I bought it, I was told the system would be pressure checked, flushed, and fully inspected when I picked it up, but that didn’t happen. There were also some marks of white paint on the door where it had been handled during paint touch up. It wasn’t a big problem, but some finishing touches would have made a better impression. On top of that, the wheels were quite dirty when I received the car. Because of these unnecessary hassles and things not being done properly the first time, I would rate my experience as a 3.
