No issues with the car, everything is working well. Dan the salesman's service was fine, he was easy to talk to. I'll give them 4 stars because I'm still waiting for an email they said they'd send regarding previous finance on the car.

I noticed the parcel rack was broken after the purchase so I called them and they've ordered it in and I'm just waiting on a call for them to sort it out - very efficient. I dealt with Jak - couldn't fault him, really quick really easy, and he put me at ease. I would definitely recommend them to others, I'm happy with my experience.

4 I've had to do a deep cleaning of the inside and gone to the garage to change some light bulbs just the day after the pickup. Also the car didn't come with footmat I didn't notice this on pickup because it had paper mat from carwash laid in it.

It was a fairly good experience. The outside of the car looked nice but inside the bonnet of the car hadn't been cleaned and it seemed the coolant hadn't been checked during the service either. Jacque was brilliant though - he is a good salesman.

I was driving on the motorway and suddenly the engine light came on and the car stopped. I had it checked over by Nuneaton and it seems it was because the car was stood around for a little while as it's fine now. Adam who I dealt with was really patient and kind. I'd give them 5 stars, it was a good service.
