The customer service I received at Nuneaton was the best. I couldn't be more thankful. I had been looking to buy a car for a while but always felt harassed by dealerships trying to sell me other things and constantly calling. However, with Nuneaton this was not the case. They weren't pushy or rushing me into anything. I turned up, had a look around, and found someone once I saw a car I liked. He gave me the keys and let me go off and test drive it by myself, which was really appreciated as it can be quite daunting having someone sat with you. After that, all the paperwork was done for me and I left with the car. My son, who was with me, also purchased a car the same day and we are both happy. We couldn't have had a better experience.

The initial customer service had been great and we were pleased, but the after-service was not the best. We called to put in a complaint because the car had not been valeted properly. On the surface, it looked clean, but when we looked around, it was actually quite filthy with lollipop sticks everywhere and other bits of rubbish. There were also some surface-level scratches on the car, so we called and took the car in to get everything sorted. They got us in right away to deal with it, which was appreciated. However, there was another issue with a piece of plastic on the aircon in the back that was very loose and kept falling off easily. We asked them to fix this as well, but it didn’t get done, so now we are going through the process of getting that sorted too. It is frustrating because we had such a great initial experience. It’s just these final details that we feel need some improvement, and that would make Nuneaton truly five-star worthy.

Very good car, I have already done a few trips down the coast so definitely given the car a test out, and everything is running perfectly. Adam was great, nothing but helpful I would definitely recommend to family and friends, great dealership with trustworthy cars.

Great salesman, didn't get rushed into anything was very helpful and sorted out most things I asked without any hassle. car was lovely and clean when I took it away. Great experience buying a car. Tim was great to deal with.

When I was purchasing the car there was a chip in the windscreen, however Adam was really helpful and this got sorted for me the same day. I didn't feel that I was left waiting around at any point. The car was valetted and prepared for when I left. It has been a really nice experience, I would definitely use them again.

Generally really happy with it, the car drives well, although the brakes are squeaking a little. Overall I’m very pleased, especially as I’d been wanting to go electric for a while, and I’m glad I made the switch. Jak and Toni were really helpful throughout, they answered all our questions about the swap and made the process easy. I've already recommended others to go here because it was a good experience otherwise.
