I would like to share my positive experience with GC Motors. I previously had a 2012 C63 AMG that I have owned for 2 years and completely love, the decision to upgrade didnt come easy and the hunt for the next car was extremely difficult as I was very particular in what I wanted, my options were very restricted and limited as I am very particularly on what cars I like to have. I set my sights on a BMW M6 or a CLS63AMG. The options online were few and far between however, this wasnt an issue for GC Motors due to their excellent stocklist of High end performance vehicles. I stumbled across their online advert for a CLS63 and made the initial contact online. I reside in Aberdeen, Scotland therefore requiring to travel a fair distance in order to view or purchase the car. From initial contact, within less than 24 hours I received a call from Justin Hughes @gcmotors who walked me through the whole process, providing photographs and videos and answering every query i had with the vehicle. Justin was very knowledgeable and knew the car in question. I was looking to part exchange my C63 in exchange for the CLS63 and GC motors have appraised my car fairly and in line with the market value and expectations, unlike other traders or dealers who give you lowball part exchange offers. This made it easier for me to trust them and believe that they are a very competitive business. Having procured my cars previously from dealerships, I had some initial reservations on purchasing a car from an independent such as GC motors, however after having discussions with Justin, Paul the sales manager and their service team I was reassured that the car has been looked after and had undergone extensive checks. I was also upfront and honest with GC motors on my budget, what car i was looking for and my limits of which they all took into consideration. After a week of regular communication and open discussions with them, we sealed the deal! Justin even personally delivered the car all the way from yorkshire to aberdeen to ensure i receive the car on the agreed date which was a very nice personal touch. Having owned the CLS63 for about a month now, I absolutely love the car and couldnt recommend GC motors enough for their service. I would like to extend my personal thanks to the GC motors team - Justin , Paul, Alison, Nigel and Giles (the owner) for making my purchasing experience a wonderful one and making my dream of owning a CLS63AMG a reality.

This is a dealership that is unlike any other I have dealt with. Whether purchasing a car with a small budget or large, they will go out of their way to accommodate. I have been dealing with Tony Lanni now on multiple occasions and his professionalism has never slipped up once. On the first instance, you have your guard up as dealerships have a stereotypical reputation for being pushy and over the top but Tony and GC Motors are miles from being that at all. I am not one for reviews but if you are looking for excellent customer service, unique cars at competitive prices then GC Motors is the place. A very big thank you to Christian Barnard (the financial wizard) for pulling the GTR deal out of the bag!

The Audi Q7 I bought from GC Motors a few weeks arrived without the essential V5C registration certificate. Concerned by this, I contacted the DVLA who informed me of the potentially dire consequences of driving a vehicle without it being registered and taxed in name e.g. it would render the insurance completely invalid. In addition, on the Gov.UK website the DVLA advises motorists to avoid considering vehicles without the V5C certificate (logbook) in order to minimise the risk of buying a stolen car. Although the salesman I spoke to promised me that the lack of documentation was not a problem and would immediately be sorted it took me a full 3 weeks of unanswered chasing to eventually get GC motors to register the car in my name. Only then was I able to tax the car. Trying to get an explanation from GC Motors for this blatant lack of due diligence has proven to be impossible as I have been passed around various departments with no one being willing or able to provide an explanation for what happened. Alarmingly, an admin person I spoke to brushed me off stating that ‘we do this all the time.’ The MD has also refused to speak to me as he seemingly lacks the humility and no doubt the courage to face up to his organisation’s obvious failings. Now that they have my money they obviously don’t remotely care. All these factors combined has created a huge amount of stress and hassle for me and the fact that I am still in the dark as to why there was such a delay between me paying for the car and having it registered in my name, I am left questioning the legitimacy of my purchase from GC Motors. I will now be forced to speak to Trading Standards to see if they can help me get to the bottom of this.
Avoid Gc motors at all costs, dishonest almost from start to finish and have only now resolved my issues because trading standards stepped in - my paintwork was damaged and it took months to get the wheels I purchased in my contract fitted. They sent either unhelpful or unprofessional emails nearly daily to make me give in and accept the car as it was. The MD even threatened to report the loan car stolen so I couldn't drive to work to force me to accept it. Do not give this company your cash unless you wish to be bitterly disappointed- saving a few £ on the screen price isn't worth it.
won't deal with gc motors again. They will say just about anything to get you to commit to buying. Then will try to change the deal originally offered. Clearly ONLY interested in how much they can make from you and not about the customer. I agreed a price only to be told the next day that they wanted more money...What a way to treat customers. They will try every trick in the book. They want everything on their terms. Beware!
I felt like the finance guy cheated me, he got me to sign for bodyshine, wheel shine and all the rubbish you don't need, I ended up with a insurance policy for 450.00 even though i told them time and time again i did not want it. They also add on extra costs for the wheels! My advice is to read the small print as they dont mention this at point of sale, all in all this was a terrible company to deal with. Avoid this company, you have been warned by a previous customer.
