Purchased a Fiat Punto as a cheap run around in April, test drove and agreed terms, all very straightforward. Very happy with the professional approach d recommend this garage. The car had a 15 month warranty and the clutch failed about three months after purchase, booked into a local garage who repaired and the cheque to cover the warranty arrived three days later, so this garages warranty really is worth something.

Second hand car sales people quite rightly have a bad reputation. However, these guys are completely professional. They don't over promise but always exceed your expectations. I bought my car from a guy called Simon. He is the antidote to a pushy salesman, factual, calm, and does not do the typical sales patter that is sadly taught and perpetuated by sales 'experts'. Country Car Sales will always be my first stop for buying a car in Hertfordshire.

Came across Country Sales by accident. There were no high pressure sales and they were more than happy to give you any keys for a test drive. Whilst preparing the car they changed items they didn't think were up to standard as well as completing my requests. They went above and beyond to make my used car look new. They even went as far as to chamois leather the car before I left as it had been raining earlier in the day. Simon and Matt were a dream to deal with. I would certainly visit Country Car Sales for my next car.

I didn't have any problems with the cars condition. But one of the dealers was probably the worst one I have come across. He had no customer service and was being arrogant. How can you buy a car from someone who doesn't know how to talk. Service!
