I’m pleased that the staff at Ponko made the buying process incredibly easy, and so far my Honda Civic's been great. Even though I’ve had to replace a light and a tyre, this hasn't affected my overall opinion.

When buying my Nissan Juke from this garage, it was quite good. The staff were really friendly and nice, communication could have been better throughout as found my updates from them quite slow. There is definitely room for some improvements but overall I'm happy.

The Ponko team were great during the sale, there was a little bit of waiting when the finance was getting sorted, but this was out of Ponko's control, overall a pleasant experience. I do feel there needs to be a little bit of work done on the aftercare side of things which is what has brought my score down slightly. But if this was worked on I do feel over all it could be a really good buying experience.

It wasn't good service it was fantastic service! I can't fault Ponko at all, the KA I bought for my son who is still learning is a great. I have been driving it around and not one issue has arose. I would say they gave a 10/10 service!

Honestly can't fault these guys. Their service was brilliant! They were fast and responsive right from the start through to the very end and everything's been great with the car. Five stars for Ponko without a doubt.

We insisted our son take driving lessons, so the Peugeot 208's a surprise for him to learn in. No complaints at all so we’re happily scoring Ponko 5/5.

At risk of jinxing it, the car’s great and arrived in good condition. The salesman who helped me was also really good and did everything he said he would, which really does go a long way.

Where do I start… The service I received from the entire team at Ponko was unbelievable. Everyone I spoke to was sound — even people I passed while grabbing a drink were pleasant. I dealt with a handful of different guys over a 48-hour period and they explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. They even pointed me in the right direction for trading in my car if I wasn’t happy with the price which I really appreciated. They went through the warranty in full and even pointed out an advisory on the MOT which was straight and transparent. I work in sales myself so I can be pretty direct, but even when I was being a bit cheeky they never made things difficult. I just felt totally comfortable the whole time. Being on the other side of the fence, I honestly couldn’t have asked for more from them. The guy who took me on the test drive deserves a special mention too as he was amazing. I’d seen loads of reviews online before enquiring and noticed they’d won Small Trader of the Year and I can totally see why. They definitely lived up to their awards/reputation as I never felt pressured or misled and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service all the way through. They 100% deserve five stars no doubt about it.

We were just driving past Ponko when we saw a Peugeot 3008 that caught our eye, and it went from there. We bought it in the end and we’re really glad we did.

I purchased my 3 Series BMW from Ponko last month — the car’s great and I’m really enjoying it. The service was fantastic too and they were really patient while I was sorting my finance etc which I appreciated. The only slight disappointment is that I’m still waiting for my deposit refund which was promised two days after purchase and is now over a week late. Other than that, I really can’t fault them.
