I have bought a car from V12 before, and it was a good experience then, so I decided to go back. It’s got realistic prices too. The customer service when I went to go pick it up was really good, Sanjay and Mike were really good. Just overall it was a quick experience. five stars it’s been really good.

It was good working with V12 Sports and Classics, I will say that when we went to go pick up the car it was a little busy and we didn’t have enough time to test drive it beforehand, so we had to return the other day. But other than that, it’s been a good experience the customer service was good the salesman was very good they didn’t push anything and that was the key thing which made me comfortable I’ll give it the five stars they deserve.

I was extremely grateful for all the help that I received from Jake whilst purchasing my new vehicle. He was patient and explained everything clearly which may the whole experience so quick and easy.

Honestly I have got such a lovely care from V12, couldn't be happier with it. Harley who served me, didn't put any pressure on the sale and made I felt welcome. Couldn't fault V12.

From beginning to end I could not fault the experience I had. Jake looked after me, he was just great. We went on a test drive together on the blue Corsa that we really liked. There was no pressure to buy, he was only young but he knew what he was talking about and knew what I wanted, I must say the one thing that really stood out about all the staff is that they were wearing a V12 uniform, to me it made them come across as more professional and just an all round smart look. I have been really impressed with my experience and would like to give a big thanks to Jake for all his help.

Recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander, we chose this option because my Wife and I had a criteria of what we were looking for in a vehicle, and it seemed to tick all of the boxes! Since having it we have both been super pleased, had no problems and is a great vehicle. In regards to the service at V12 we found it to be quick and hassle free. We'd rate them 5 stars based off of our experience.

Purchased from this dealership a few times now, as has my son once, so I feel I can trust them as I have never had any issues with vehicles I had had. I am rating a 4.5 this time around just due to the fact it took a long time to get through the paperwork, I feel this could have been organised more efficiently and I know it has been in the past so just something that could be worked on. The vehicle itself was all prepared and cleaned to a good standard and I feel the dealership is always a pleasant place to buy a car from so I would definitely recommend them.
