The whole process at V12 in Hinckley was quite simple and went smoothly, the guys and Yaddy were good. Quite happy with the Kia Optiama, not had any issues with it. No reason to not give full marks, i would come back to V12 again.

We’d seen the car on Autotrader and identified what we were after. The Hinkley staff were good but there is probably a better way of doing things. I was waiting around for a few hours which didn’t need to happen.

I was looking at cars as I was looking to get rid of my old one, the E-2008 had good mileage on it and was quite large. One problem was that I was there about 4 hours and I ended up going home around midnight and I was a bit disappointed on the trade price on the I part exchanged. However, the overall experience was good.

My wife loves the E-208. The process at V12 was really smooth, the staff were all really good! When we initially came down to view a different car, it didn’t start on the day. We dealt with Sharmarke and he was top class, he pulls out all the stops to make sure we got a like for like which turned out even better than the initial car. Late on in the process I found out one of my old mates Mandeep is a manager at V12 in Hinkley, I’ll be going back there for my next car, maybe I'll even get a discount hahaha!

My family member has used them many times before and he was impressed with their after care team and they are a legitimate company. This gave me the confidence to go there. When we got there the battery was flat so came back next day and it was fine. Harbinder was good, I did feel abit pressures at some times and made it seem urgent, I was promised a price reduction but that didn’t happen and was waiting around several hours whilst the finance went through so I gave four stars. Despite that, I have already recommended them and would use them again.

Enjoying everything, but It's coming up with an oil change, need to see if that been carried out. However, on the day everyone was helpful. I’d been looking for the car and seen it at V12. Took car for test drive and paid my deposit. Olivia was all fine. I had to wait a while they got the car from a different location hence the score.but it was a pretty quick turn around.

On the day it was alright. Collected the next day, they were adequate. I would have liked them to explain more things about the car but that’s perhaps because they were so busy. There's no tyre in the back and no pressure pump and there is a noise from the engine which is consistent, apart from that the car is spot on.

Kia seems to be all going fine at the moment. I did have an issue with the air con, but I eventually got this sorted. Happy to have found the car on google!

I’m getting on well with the Clio from V12, the people at the dealership were all very helpful I saw them on a advert, they had the right price point for the spec of the car. I’m enjoying it!
