My new car is doing really well. The only issue was that the tracking was out when I got it, but the garage is already helping to get it sorted and arranging a reimbursement. Everything else was great, and the customer service was good too.

I absolutely love my new Mini Cooper and I can't fault it at all! The salesman who helped me were lovely, I did have a few issues with the sale but the staff were so friendly and helpful during this so I can't fault them at all!

I'm happy with the car it is running well however I did have a few issues during the buying process. The first issue was that the car didn’t come with any service history. When I mentioned this, they said they would get in touch and send it out once they had it sorted. The second issue was that the car didn’t come with a V5. Normally, this wouldn’t be a big deal—you just go to the post office, sign the form, and you’re good to go. However, the shop they directed me to didn’t have a post office attached, and I ended up going to three different places just to send off the form for the logbook. Lastly, when I finally picked up the car and got in, there were only 2 miles’ worth of fuel left in the tank. While it’s not a major issue and easily fixed, it wasn’t the best first impression. That said, my overall experience with the staff was very positive. They were really friendly and helpful in every way they could be, so I have no complaints about the team at the dealership. My car is running great, and I’m still very happy with the purchase from Williams Motor Company.

My new Audi is doing alright, only issue I have had is a slight wheel vibration at anything over 50mph but I do think this may be just down to wheel weights so it's not a huge issue. Overall the salesman were perfect and made the process nice and easy for me.

I have just purchased my Nissan Qashqai from this dealership and it is great and everything was done quickly, my only downside was communication, after putting a deposit down, I didn't really hear off them, but overall good experience and the staff were brilliant regardless.
