Bought a Tucson from dealership and found the service helpful and considerate. Time was taken to explain everything by Mr Isom and we were kept informed every step of the way which took time considering the difficulties in this pandemic,well done.

Booked to see Connor at 10am Saturday. On arrival Connor said he was busy and handed me off to a colleague. The colleague tried to open the car I had come to see and discovered that the key had lost power. Had to fight the car open using the emergency key. When they put us in the car it was dirty and the back seat had a layer of brown dust it. The car showed it had not moved since August (test drive in Dec) and the brakes made awful grinding noises as we drove off. Just two minutes up the road the Tyre pressure warning light came on. We returned to the dealership to tell them about the fault and the rep said he didn't think it mattered and to continue to drive it. I pointed out the drive experience would be very different on flat tyres but he insisted it would be fine saying we'll get that sorted before you pick it up. I took the car to the local Garage and found that the tyres were 6lbs under pressure. We inflated them correctly and drove the car for approx 20 mins. The brakes stopped grinding and the cabin heated up and the car felt much better. No preparation and poor management had made us doubt the dealership and finding this review site confirms that others feel they have suffered neglect from the too. The car was more expensive than many similar to it on Autotrader.

This dealership has gone down hill since becoming endeavour not the same service we have had in the past when it was just Haddocks.
