Myself and my partner each purchased a brand new Audi from the Lincoln store (JCT600). Before I purchased the car I went into 2 different dealerships; BMW and Mercedes. I have only drove BMW but I felt like I needed a change and really like the Mercedes A Class. On a Friday I popped into Mercedes and asked the lady at the desk a couple of questions with regards to the car, she couldn't help and didn't get anyone to help. BMW we were promised a call back the next day, it didn't happen. We decided to go to Audi on the Saturday and I am so happy I did. The service was second to none. Jake approached us and asked if he could help, he spent about 4-5 hours with us on the Saturday and another good few hours on the Sunday. I have never had such an informed sale. Jake has worked there many years but when he is selling a car he is very passionate as if it was his first sale all over again. I am great believer in people by from people and Jake made me want to buy from Lincoln Audi. I will 100% be a returning customer to this store; thank you to all at the dealership it was a real pleasure dealing with a company that really does put their customers expectations first, you represent the Audi brand and JCT600 in a great light. If the other two dealerships had the same customer service as this store they could have had my business. I am now happy that they don't because my new car is a beast!!!

My Aunt had a recall for an Audi via DVLA she went to Lincoln Audi and they offered a free health check. Told her she needed 3 new tyres and there was a problem with the exhaust mounting. Luckily she had the sense to take it back to where she bought it and they assured her there was nothing wrong. Tyres were more than legal. My Aunt is still worrying and I am discussed that a dealership would take advantage of an old lady.

Car was dirty not washed all inside round doors windows wheels and outside not how I expect a car to be turned out for a cash sale purchased by my daughter with our money a gift think because she was young it didn't matter private no not organised because he forgot to tax the car come on£23,000 car time to get staff who know how to deal with customers and keep them very disappointed.
