Had a few electric vehicles before, went for the Tesla Model S this time around. It was the first time I had been to V12, I will say that the parking is a little difficult while there so something to keep in mind if you are going to visit, especially during busy hours. However the staff were all good to deal with, didn't have any issues and I am pleased with the vehicle, it is exactly what I expected.

Since purchase I have had a few niggly issues but nothing to serious. I dealt with Yaddy he was fine to deal with I would describe him as assertive, it was a straightforward buying process and I am enjoying the van, it drives well.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience buying my car from V12. It’s been some time since I’ve had a car of my own due to having company cars, etc., but we wanted something a little different to get out of being a one-car household. I travelled 80 miles to buy the car, and Muhuddin, the salesman, was great with me friendly, polite, and not pushy (I’d already decided I wanted this car, so there wasn’t much pushing to be done, to be honest). When it came to collecting the car, I was a little frustrated. I live not far from another V12 branch and was hoping they could bring the car closer to me, but unfortunately this couldn’t be arranged, so I had to take a few hours off work to collect it. Even though that was a bit inconvenient, the handover itself was seamless. Since it had been a while since I owned a car myself, they were really helpful in giving advice about things like tax, etc. Since collecting I’m really enjoying my car, with no issues to report.

I do really like the care and rate a strong 3. Reason being, the key battery was flat such that when I drove off to get fuel, it took me 1 hour to troubleshoot how to use the key manually. I had to buy a new battery the next day. Also, I was given one key and told to buy an extra key off Amazon, the falls apart and need to get it fixed. The car's MOT expires in January, less than 6 months of being the keeper. The left rear door handle was broken. I think the handle was glued back and I was not told on buying the car. I found that out in less than a week of baying the car. Other than that, the car is good. It's a low fuel economic car and good performance.

Professional and attentive to detail. Love my car, and priced fairly. Only issue was, too much overkill on selling the ad ons, and overpriced at that.

They gave me enough time to decide without any pressure which was appreciated. Fantastic customer service. I'd definitely consider going back there again.

The tyre pressure sensor came on as soon as we drove away which wasn't great. I'm currently arranging the repair via the warranty company. Aside from that, the salesman and the process was really good, the only negative is the car issues. I'd give them 4 stars.

Nothing wrong with the pickup, but I'm still waiting on the V5. No one pressured me to buy, but the process could have been a bit quicker. We knew the vehicle we wanted and we were paying cash but we were still there for over 2 hours. The experience was ok in general.

The experience was ok, but they were supposed to include a battery charger in the deal but they haven't. I tried to speak to them about it but my calls were not returned. Also I also paid £300 for the Guardex but it didn't seem like it was done to a good standard. Aside from those issues, the car has been mechanically perfect so far. I'd give them 3 stars due to the issues mentioned.
