The service in the dealership was good overall. However, an offer was initially made and then withdrawn by the manager. After we decided to take some time to think about it, the offer was unexpectedly reinstated, which was a little confusing.
I was also disappointed that the vehicle had not been cleaned when I collected it. In addition, the warranty documentation was not provided as promised, and I had to follow up several times by phone and email before receiving it.
When I eventually spoke to a member of staff regarding the delay, I felt that my concerns were not handled particularly well. There was no apology for the inconvenience, and I was left feeling as though my follow-up requests were unwelcome.

The Volvo XC60 came up with a high spec for a reasonable price. The manager sorted the deal out for me in the end and he was fine. If the communication was better and the process on the day, my rating would be higher.

V12 sports and classics had a good variety of electric cars so I chose them. The Peugeot 2008 is really good, and the process was very smooth. We had the chance to test drive a couple of cars before the decision was made which was good.

I was looking online for polestars and v12 had a decent offer for price and mileage. I’ve not got much experience with dealerships however I had to wait for a lengthy period before being dealt with but that would be the only thing.
