Roadstar Automobiles have been a pleasure to deal with an I cant recommend Paul enough. I wanted a new car to replace my Mercedes GLC, I was looking for a while and loved the BMW X5 which Paul was keen to show me round. The car has needed some TLC and a few issue rectified but the BMW overall is so much nicer of a car. There was an engine management light on the dash and noise coming from the boot, Roadstar were very quick to offer repairs and took the car back from me, they struggle to resolve the issue in house and allowed me to take the car to BMW where the issue was promptly resolved and I am very happy with my resolution. I would highly recommend Roadstar as a company, they have been excellent to deal with and I appreciate how well Paul handled me before, during and after the sale.

Really happy with Paul and the Roadstar Automobiles team, Paul is a really great guy offering knowledge and service with a smile. The whole experience felt really customer focused, not rushed and pressured. I am really happy with the car, it's very different than anything I have had before so I was quite dubious at first but it's amazing to be honest. It's large enough for what I need, drives really smooth and still feels like the luxury brands I have had previously. Can't fault the Kia Sorento at all. There was a small chip in the windscreen which has slowly developed into something which will likely need the windscreen replacing. I hadn't noticed this during the same and I am waiting to see if there is anything Paul can do to help, if they can help in anyway I would take this up to a 5 star without question.. everything else has been perfect!

Made up with my new G-Class from Roadstar, the main thing which drew me to this was the gorgeous Khaki Green colour which I thought looked really nice and different. I've driven a fair bit and all seems good. Nikola was very easy going, easy to converse with and made the transaction feel very comfortable. I can say easily without hesitation it has been a very pleasant experience.

I have always wanted an RS3 and I had a Fiesta ST previously.. been wanting an upgrade for a while and Audi have always been a brand which I like and desired. I bought an A3 and dealt with Paul for the most part, he's a top guy and really attentive throughout. Can't offer any improvements, very pleasant experience throughout.

Everything is perfect, I can't remember the sales guys name but he was excellent in making me feel comfortable and confident. I think I bought the car in 5 minutes flat. It's been great so far, recommended you guys to my friend already and will more than happily come back for my next car.

Where I live in North London, you would never see what I saw at Roadstar Automobiles, arriving at the dealership, the manager Obi was out in the forecourt cleaning cars!! Have you ever seen a dealership where the manager is out of his office let alone hands on, helping the staff clean cars? I dealt mainly with Joseph and he was really friendly and approachable. The car is great, X4 M Sport Competition. It looks great, performs well and sounds so sweet! Brakes seem to have worn very quickly so I am working with after sales care and warranty to get this sorted.

I bought a car from Roadstar and I love it! It is a hybrid Range Rover HSE Sport, the third one I have owned, but this one is a newer model and has a beautiful grey colour. The drive is so smooth and the kit is amazing. The music system is crazy and the metta tracks and the ghost are fitted for extra security. It is a head turner for sure! Joseph was amazing throughout the whole process. He gave us all the information we needed, helped us find an insurance, and offered us a fair price for our old car. He also arranged to send us the manual and the service history of the new car. He was very attentive and professional. We had a little issue with a scratch on one of the seats, but Joseph assured us that he would take care of it. We sent him a picture of the scratch and he said he would get back to us soon. We were very impressed by the level of service and hospitality at Roadstar. Joseph, Obi and the other staff greeted us outside and made us feel welcome. They even recommended a posh place nearby for lunch, which was very nice of them. We came in the morning and left in the evening with our new car. We are very very happy with our purchase and we are thankful to Jo and Roadstar for making it possible. We saw the car online and we both fell in love with it straight away. It was a 20/10 experience for us. We will definitely recommend Roadstar to our friends and family, and we might come back soon for another car. We have our eyes on an M8 if they have one in stock.

My partner and I are long time customers of Roadstar and mainly deal with Obi and Paul. They are both great guys, Obi is the manager and is always happy to remain customer facing, help with any issues and support the sales team where needed, Paul is the salesmen we typically deal with, he is always happy to help and go above and beyond to ensure everything is right for us. On this occasion we have bought two cars, one for my partner and one for me, these are a Mercedes E-Class and Audi Q7. Both cars have had a couple minor issues which need addressing, only small things such ad missing dial for the aircon, calipers need respraying, skirts needing realigning. The cars are mechanically perfect and we have been driving these regularly, Roadstar are keeping us updated and getting all the necessary components to fix the issues and once ready will be taking the cars back to fix. I am filled with confidence that we will be seen right and the issues will be handled professionally and efficiently and I am happy to recommend Roadstar to anyone looking for a good quality and reliable dealership.
