I was looking on CarGurus and found a car at Greenlight Motors. It was too old for the finance so spent several hours looking at what they had and fell in love with the Vauxhall Crossland they had. Ray was really,really patient, he let me look at the cars without rushing me once.

Overall it was pretty good, I am loving the BMW 2 Series. When I test drove the car, a handbrake warning light came up, and I was told it would be resolved before I collected the car. Unfortunately, when I got the car home, it came back on. I spoke to the dealership, who advised me to take it to a local garage, get the work done and send the receipt, and they would cover the cost, which they did, but it took over 2 weeks to get the reimbursement. It wasn’t the salesman's fault, as he was very good and helpful. It was more the accounting side. If it wasn’t for that, it would have been a 4.5-5 star.

I was looking online at finance options and Greenlight Motors popped up so I went there. On the day of the purchase, they were really good. I love the car and want to keep it but I’ve had several issues with it. Greenlight Motors have been really good in letting me get the repairs done locally to me which they paid for it but I’m still waiting on a refund for one of them. However, all the staff were brilliant, no complaints with them. The sales girl has been amazing.

Came across Greenlight Motors while scrolling online, I think it was on social media, and I’d always had an A1 in mind or something along the lines of an Audi, so I’m more than happy with what I chose. I’ve had no faults with it whatsoever. The experience with the dealership was good, no troubles at all.

I just wanted something bigger than my old A3, and I’m definitely enjoying the difference. It's been bang on. My experience with Greenlight Motors was good. Everything was taken care of, and the process was easy. I'm likely to recommend the dealership to others.

Really happy with the Polo I got from Greenlight. They came up on TikTok and as my old car was falling apart, I really needed a new one. Adeel helped me in every way but there were some setbacks in not being able to get the car as quick as I wanted due to clearance I think. I would have given five stars if no delay but the communication was good.

Recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander, it has been alright so far and the salesman was fine. I'd rate it 4 stars.

I dealt with two people, I can't remember their names, but they were both really nice, and I've been enjoying the Mercedes CLA I bought from Greenlight Motors.

Happy with the Nissan Qashqai apart from a dent in the car that was delivered,, although I’ve spoken to the dealership, and they have given me a number to call, which I am going to do. I was also happy with the customer service.

Originally I was looking at the Discovery, but it was declined due to the mileage, I believe. I then saw the Evoque, which I preferred anyway, and got accepted for. I’m loving it, and it's had no issues ‘touch wood’. Everything was done over the phone with Greenlight Motors, and they were brilliant from start to finish. They talked me through everything, and I think they sent me a video as well. When the car arrived, it was all as described.
