Had an issue with my car and went to the dealership to get it repaired. It wasn’t the best communication, had to go back few time to get the issue sorted but we got there. More communication would have been better from the dealership and the repair took longer than expected but It was all covered under the policy.

Everything was great really, repairs done to my satisfaction. I contacted the warranty provider directly and they had really good service throughput but I did send some documentation relating to diagnostic fee which I got back but had to chase it. Everyone that I spoke to was very helpful. Timescale was very quick for repairs to be completed.

I contacted the dealership & the warranty company. The repairs were carried out to my satisfaction but I had to pay £100 to cover the full cost of the labor so gave four stars but I was happy with the timescales for the repair and would recommend them.

The whole process with TMO was fine, I did have to chase them a couple of times. However in the end everything was sorted and the Skoda is back on the road with a new infinite coil pack

I took the car back to the dealership, they put me in touch with the a local Range Rover specialist who did the repair. To be fair, they were spot on, the communication from them was great.

Four - the actual garage was great and I would give them a five. We had to chase several times to the MO to chase getting the car booked in. The actual booking of the car took almost 2 weeks to get sorted, then had to wait for the garage to be free. As said the garage were brilliant, and went above and beyond. The actual booking it in was not so straightforward.
