It was a fantastic experience at the garage, and I was very happy with the price.

I had an issue with the screen in my car, and it was repaired to such a high standard that I forgot it had ever been damaged. They did an excellent job, and I would absolutely go back to them.

I visited Medlicott Motors for an issue with the ABS and traction control fault. I had a good chat with them, they booked me in within a few days, and got it fixed for a reasonable price

I recently got a diagnostic done at Medlicott, and I am pleased with the experience I had. They have a great reception team that was always quick to respond and made customers feel welcome. I did have one issue with an electrical part being ordered, which turned out to be the wrong one. However, the communication was always clear, and they sorted this out really quickly, with no hassle at all.

First time going to Medlicott Motors, James is who I dealt with, it was brilliant customer service and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I got booked in with no problems at all, and they got the work done as quickly as they could as there was a few parts that needed ordering in. There was great communication throughout and I haven't had any further issues with my vehicle since. I have already recommended Medlicott to others who are taking their car in for an MOT.
