Excellent service Just been to look at a car met Chris took it for a test drive nothing too much trouble although I don’t pick up the car for another four days I have no problem in putting this review in early The car was it exactly how it was described it have the added bonus of a dash cam fitted in there from the last owner which quite honestly they could’ve taken out what I liked about this place is they weren’t pushy at all and left you to have a good look round and make up your mind they really do go the extra mile not like of a motor traders 10 out of 10 customer service in every way

Very happily surprised with how well they are dealing with the covid safety measurements they have in place, we bought the vehicle over a month ago but deserve a good review as second hand cars can always be a gamble, but they have contacted me and I think this is fair to leave the review now. Absolutely disgusted in the service provided, these guys are CON MEN! Do not buy from here, i bought a van in Dec and after one month of having it the lock system broke, the side door was faulty, the back door fell off as there were so much rust in the hinges that had been built up. Asked them to fix it with my ‘’extended warranty’’ which looks like they add in for everyone. Well it’s a load of bullshit! They avoid getting anything fixed for you. They tell you to come to Hemel Hempstead where the dealership is to get it fixed which is three hours from where I live, they are not willing to pay a local independent garage in your area. Which they stated I could get it fixed from any VAT registered garage local to me. The WORST most UNPROFESSIONAL business I have ever come across. To add to all of this I got a phone call from the con man himself...CHRIS! He Called me unknowingly and I heard everything he had to say about me which took things to a really personal level and the comments made were highly offensive which I have on record. For anyone who is giving second thoughts please read the reviews first!!

bought a car from this company in November and it came with a warranty. Unfortuantly I had to get some work done on the car and when i looked into the warranty and contacted the warranty company I was told that as the mileage was too high and I couldnt claim so the warranty IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON.
