I’ve done 300 miles in the Vauxhall Astra before the fault with the rocker cover occurred. When I raised the issue with the Motoring Organisation dealt with the garage for me, and the repair took a two or three and the money came through for the repairs in under a week.

The AC in the Peugeot has been repaired and is working perfectly fine now. I initially went back to the dealership however, they informed me that the AC was covered by the warranty. The work was all carried out at an independent garage. The process was a bit complicated, but all the staff I dealt with were good.

The claims process was 100% from the moment I rang them, and I'd happily give the experience five stars. Everything was spot on from the moment I made contact until I got my car back. After taking the car to the dealer I bought it from, they contacted the warranty provider on my behalf. A lady then called me to go through everything, and within a couple of hours I had the car back. The whole process was handled quickly.

It was easy enough, sent the invoice over, and they paid it out. I would give it a three and a half star rating simply because I was paying for the premium warranty which includes electric faults, and on a previous claim it wasn't straightforward as they didn't agree to cover it straight away but did cover the claim in the end.

There were no additional costs to me whilst going through The Motoring Organisation to get some work done on my Vauxhall Corsa. It was fairly easy, it would have been five stars, but I did have to put a bit of pressure on to get a courtesy car.
