I would recommend for sure! Everything was excellent from the personal service from Abdul to the vehicle, which was fully served!

Purchased BMW X5 on 20 04 2021. When I viewed car before purchase , there was issue with front doors and front console interior trims ( scratched badly) and door rubber seals. I've been promised, that the rubber seals, and interior trims will be replaced. The driver side rubber seal was replaced, the same as driver site doors interior trim, but the rest of the trims just cheaply polished, because after the first wipe with cloth the scratches reappeared. Also I was promised " a very good deal" on spare key, it took three weeks , and instead of " a very good deal" I've received answer, that I need to get the key by myself!!! Another issue with car tax, Saxton offered to sort out the car tax, I've paid for it, somehow mistake was made with number plate in Post office ( at least I was told that) , when I noted that on receipt provided and informed Saxton, it didn't looked , that Saxton is very keen to put things right, they are not very quick replying to emails or explaining what's going on . I ended up purchasing car tax by myself. as soon as I received V5 (which is today 25/05/2021), I do hope there will be no issue with refund of £210. Generally talking , for £34k spent I would expect bit more after sales attention.

Hi I have bought car on 24-05-2021 and let me down in 30 minutes,i have returned car straight in 30 minutes and they refused to take car back

I am a man of age and I bought many cars from many different dealers over the the years and this is my worst experience ever. I will not dwell on the many points and complaints I have with this company but to try and be brief. They do not tell the truth, they offer everything at the beginning and deliver nothing. There was a significant dent on the rear wing adjacent to the fuel filler flap (which was very difficult to see, it was my dealership that pointed it out to me). This in turn had broken the locking mechanism, after being assessed by my local Maserati dealership they determined that the reason for the broken mechanism was due to the damage to the wing. Saxton are refusing to admit liability (£460.00 to repair) saying that I examined the car and did not bring this to their attention. I could go on a lot further.

DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM SAXTON4x4 DO NOT RECOMMEND I purchased a Mercedes from Saxton4x4. When I was onsite we agreed of what needed to be fixed (a few scratches and a broken tail light) before delivering the car to me. The car arrived a day late, extremely dirty inside and outside (was never valeted or even slightly cleaned), on top of that on top bumpers, wheel trims and arches were covered on paint drops from the work done. The delivery person said to me don't worry the paint comes off easy with water. This is without mentioning the really strong bad smell due to which I had no choice but to pay myself £70 to do a full valet to the vehicle and contrarily to what I have been told, the paint did not came off. So they did fixed the few scratches and replaced the broken light yes, but created plenty of new cosmetic issues by doing a very dirty unprofessional repair. PICTURES ATTACHED I called the sales representative multiple times but he did not pick up the phone. Forced to send an email to request for compensation of the cosmetic issues caused by the repair (issues that weren't there when I purchase the vehicle) - his reply was, I did my best and I will not be compensating you. REQUEST TO RETURN THE VEHICLE: When I said the car was delivered in worse conditions than it was when I first saw it his reply was - no you can't return it – when clearly in their terms and conditions state if there is something wrong with the vehicle you are in your rights to do so. Clearly bulling me as a customer to avoid a return. Now I am having to go above him, hours or arguing to even try to get compensation for the valet paid by myself not today to resolve the cosmetic issues they caused.
