I made my initial inquiries by telephone following extensive research on Auto Trader to locate the car I wished to purchase. I spoke with Cliff Trayler who gave me an honest appraisal of the car I was interested in but who directed me to an alternative vehicle which had a better specification at a similar cost. The process was simple and seamless and I was guided through the process which included a part exchange quickly and efficiently. Based on my personal experience, I would use Cliff Trayler and Saxton again.

Would like to say a big thank you to Grant for his help, understanding and patience - car shopping with a demanding 4 month old isnt easy!!! We went to have a 'browse' and walked away having paid the deposit with a test drive booked for the following day. Grant took us to the relevant area of the showroom and explained where the different models were, he then left us to look and try the boot spaces - buggies are not what they used to be and neither is the space in cars. He continued to pop back checking with us, answering questions and generally being all round helpful. We were left to look in our own time and pace, sitting in the different cars and getting a general feel for them. Once decided on model Grant then assisted with availability, price range and spec, all while helping to entertain said 4 month old, stressed out mother and over excited father. I cant recommend Grant and his services highly enough for making the whole experience as stress free as he did, along with allowing us to wonder in our own time and not being the standard 'pushy' car salesman.
