I recently purchased a Honda Civic from E&E Car Sales, and overall, I'm satisfied with the level of service I received. One aspect that stood out was when they went the extra mile to send someone to the post office to tax the car for me, as I couldn't do it online due to a delay in receiving the V5. Upon arriving home, I noticed there was no locking wheel nut. However, when I brought it to their attention, they promptly fitted a new one without any hassle. While I would have given them 5 stars for their service, there has been a slight delay in sending over some additional paperwork I'm supposed to receive. Nevertheless, I appreciate their transparency and communication throughout the process, and I would definitely consider returning to them in the future.

E& E Car Sales were recommended by my finance company and I understand why the staff were great, even went out of there way and gave me a lift - which I'm sure they don’t normally do,Honestly I couldn’t fault them in any way, as a company I found them to be professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable and the car I have purchased from them is my fantastic BMW I3 which is running great and im really enjoying it. I would now very much highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Overall a outstanding car buying experience.

I was in need for a upgrade and after my great experience with E & E a while back, I knew exactly where I was heading! This time around yet again the staff were very helpful and not pushy at all, they helped me in picking the Vauxhall Mokka which I couldn't be happier with. No doubt ill be seeing you again in a few years!!

I was so pleased with my Mercedes that I have a already recommended E&E Car Sales to a friend of mine. I was originally looking for a GL but the prices were much better for an ML, and the condition of mine is excellent, couldn’t be happier.

I was looking for my first car so generally I was really excited, When I got down to E & E Car Sales the staff were great, very friendly and helpful an as excited as me for this next chapter in my life, The car I chose was a Fiat Tipo and its perfect for what I need, added bonus it was very clean. I would highly recommend E&E Car Sales - I love my beautiful new car, thank you!

Really easy process. I brought my car about a month ago and it was an incredibly easy transaction. Enquired about the car, was sent photos and videos of the condition and all the relevant documents. Sent over the money and the car was delivered the next morning for no extra charge. Very happy with the car

want and brought a Mercedes A CLASS 66 reg so I paid a lot of money to this garage on the 3rd of June I brought the car with a six month Warranty And guess what the car broke down on the 12th of June Call them up told me To come to the garage Which was 30 miles from where I lived So I went there advised me to keep on driving the car as it was a diesel which it needed to drive long distance Problem with the car was the EGR had gone . The best bit they told me the car had warranty Called up the warrantywise the other day was told the warranty did not cover the parts So I need £700 pound to fix the car. As I'm writing the review is 29th of August 2023 . So now the AA has got involved as the garage is AA approved please be advised when you buy a second hand car do your research and look at reviews. Please don't buy any car from this garage as you would be having problems just like me with your hard earned cash..... also the garages that they use for mechanical work are also Crook as well. As of today date 19/09/23 The AA has come back to me saying that if I can take down the review off, then The garage will fix my car which I declined, Because I was not expecting this response from the AA how ridiculous is this? How much is the AA getting paid from These garages ripping customers off? Please don't be fooled like I was saying that their garages are AA approved that does not matter. Once the money has gone, that's it. Now is a legal battle with the courts. 30/09/23 I have
Submitted. a court claim against the company. Please if you're reading my review and thinking of buying a second hand car from this company think 100 times, this is a genuine review. The others are fake and they pay for them reviews Some victims like you and me can fall for their traps. Also, don't be fooled about AA Approved garage that does not mean nothing, as I am in that situation now. And I realised that they do not help you They work for the garage.
