Back again for my third car from G.C. Motors. Once again Gary was excellent, I was keen that he dealt with me from first engagement until car collection. So the car I wanted, the spec I wanted but Gary always goes that extra mile to ensure that everything is dealt with. I will most definitely be returning, already have some ideas about what the next car may be...

Think twice before you purchase from them...not recommend it Purchase a Bentley Bentago with the price of £153k cash recently and I had the worse experience ever......... I spoken to Matthew Hopkins on the phone and we arrange to view the car on Monday 30th Jan, he knew that I will drive 300 miles away and potentially I am the buyer, therefore I paid £2000 deposit and I received the confirmation email which the car it will be ready by 11am. I drove with my wife and new born baby who was only two month old. when we arrived he turned up 10 minutes later!!!!!!!! I saw the car and the car conditions was very poor as he didn't even bother to polish the car inside and outside, car had some searches which was not mentioned in description on their website. He promised to prep the car before we arrived but obviously the car wasn't ready ,therefore we stayed for 5 hours to prep the car!!!!! I paid £153k cash with no finance and headache.....but 5 days later I found out that the car has OUTSTANDING FINANCE!!!!!!! Over £100K They hidden and lying about this which is a massive problem and illegal to sell a car with finance!!! I contact them and spoken to same person and he promised by Friday the finance will be paying off!!!!!!! He also send an email on Friday and mentioned that the finance has been settled and he will send a confirmation by Monday. Monday didn't received any email and I chases them again but this time they pass me to Sales Manager Pete Weightman! I spoken to him and by this moment I have already seen my solicotors and I have been advice what to do. Pete didn't have any explanation and promised to be clear by Tuesday.... So at the end after 8 days they clear the finance! Funny that I received the phone call a few days after from their customer services team to find out how was my experience!!!!! After wasting my time explaining the experience and forwarding her all emails she promised that she will deal with this matter as it is very serious but she didn't call or email me back either. Worse experience ever, do not recommend this company and if you decide to purchase from them check the HPI and don't trust any words they say better to digging out yourself. They claimed on my previous review that I was aware but they are lying as there is a lot of emails available and why would I buy a car paying cash with huge outstanding finance ?? Is illegal
