The experience was ok, it was all fairly bog-standard man. The staff at the dealership were both helpful and friendly. I’ve had to replace a couple of the tires on it and the communication during the collection process was slow. I travel quite a distance for work so I needed the Skoda Rapid by Saturday, and I didn’t get a concrete answer until late Friday. The car was priced well and It happened to be what I need.

AR Auto Sales had the right car we were looking for, the Vauxhall Astra estate which we found online. We dealt with Sean on the day when collecting the car, everything went well however it took us a couple of weeks to get the logbook for the vehicle. At the dealership it was a shame we didn’t get offered a cup of tea as when we went to view the vehicle it was quite a cold day and the dealership couldn’t arrange for anyone to pick us up from the train station. At the dealership we were left to our own devices and got to take the vehicle on a test drive by ourselves.

The Volvo V40 is fine, I was looking for one and AR Auto Sales had one in my price range. The only black mark I can think off is that I’m still waiting to hear back regarding the service history of the car. When I asked them to prepare the car in a couple of days they did it for me.

The Astra is ok, everything is fine, It was the fit for what I was looking for and AR Auto sales just happened to have it. Overall I am very satisfied and I have rated the highest for everything.

Very good customer service from the beginning. Car was an excellent deal and was handed over in a nice condition; with service, mot and valet included. I would recommend AR Auto sales to anyone looking for cars at reasonable prices and a friendly team. I was kept up to date through the process, I felt that the business was trustworthy and reflected the AA recommended garage status.

The Skoda has been great so far, no complaints at all. it was a smooth purchase. I do think they could have explained a couple more details, but they communicated the things they needed too. The service was really good.
