I’m getting on absolutely great, better now since I’ve had my light done in the car. I have sent the invoices to Car Central Birmingham today, so it should be sorted soon. I saw the car and did some research, it looked a decent place really. It’s been a brilliant quick experience. I will give it five stars.

I had a car which I’ve still got that's an older car but it needed some repair work done which would’ve costed a lot, so we thought we would have a look at maybe spending some more money but maybe get a car that’s reliable. I’m getting on really really well I really love it, my partner found the mini and we are from Scotland, so we flew down and then drove it home. We really like it no problems at all. We came across Car Central Birmingham, and it was the car that got our attention which we really liked. I’ve got to say I phoned first and the process was really slick. Kept in contact with lots of emails. They were really good with customer service I’ve got to say. Their attention to detail with the messages they send out. When we went down the car was ready for us in the little showroom area and they just left us to have a look no pressure at all more than happy, couldn't ask for more!

I’m loving the Fiat! It's running really nice and it coped really well in the bad weather we have been having, it was brilliant in the snow. We are going away on holiday late this year, so I was looking for something bigger and more reliable to go down the motorway. So just had a look around and it seemed that Car Central Birmingham had good deals. I would say it was a 4 star rating as when I was there on the day there was little things like waiting and a little bit of hanging around, but I liked the fact they offered me the RAC package, and the 12 months MOT & Warranty which just gives you a bit more assurance when your buying, as you know if there is any issues you can get in touch with them.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from this dealer and I can say the whole buying experience was spot on, from the lady in the office to Harry the owner. A few days after picking up the car it developed a few faults that dealer would not have been aware of before selling the car, Harry immediately responded to my call and messages and authorised the repairs at my local garage swiftly and without fuss. Its a breath of fresh air to deal with a dealer that cares about after sales as much as actually selling cares, I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a new car

I didn't actually meet the staff in person, but over the phone they were very good. They answered all my questions clearly, and since having my Fiesta it's had no problems. Based on my experience I would use consider them in the future.

After a recommendation from my dads friend, once I had passed my driving test my dad reserved a slot for me to go and see the Skoda Fabia (I had been looking at it online). I loved it and the staff at CCB have been amazing with me throughout the sales to the aftersales. The trouble with passing your test at this time of the year, is that you will be thrown in the deep end with the snow but I am so chuffed, the car handles so well and I've haven't had any problems at all. Would buy from them again for the right car of course. 😊

It was a pleasure to work with Harry at Car Central Birmingham, he was excellent in every way. it is very rare to find a guy like Harry in the automotive industry. I bought a Mercedes ML from him recently, which I have just got back from working away in, so have completed allot of miles and it has no issues at all to report. I got an amazing deal on this car, he really tried his best to look after me he was transparent and gave me confidence in buying from them. I cannot praise Harry enough, good work needs recognition and he deserves a well done!

The Scirocco was actually for my son, he sent the advert to me and the staff were good to send me a in depth video walk around of the car, they were good with communication with me. I was going away so didn't even up picking the car up with my son, but he got a friend to take him all that way and he is absolutely thrilled!! We live quite a distance from the dealership so I personally don't think I would travel that distance to buy a car but I'm sure my son would buy from them again.

My Dad and I were a little sceptical going to a dealer to buy a new car, as we have always bought privately, even though the stereotypical dealers are still out there I can confirm that Car Central Birmingham are legitimate and actually care about the service and the car you end up with. I had such good dealings with them, they most defiantly looked after me well, being straightforward, forthcoming and even took £50.00 off the price as a tyre was looking a little worn, which was appreciated. I have no complaints at all.
