I chose Chrome Motors because they seemed like a highly reputable dealer and we could just see they clearly have some good reviews as well as an attractive offer on the Nissan. I will say that they did meet the standards in person they have set online. Overall my experience was good it was very smooth I have had no problems with Colin he was great we were in and out of there quickly.

Very good to be honest it’s a nice car, it’s got high milage but a great service record because it’s obviously been looked after. I have done some bits and pieces too it but all in all I’m happy with the price of the car! It’s a nice parage to deal with everything went to plan. I have never heard of Chrome Motors before, but I had a look online and saw they have several nice cars I liked the look of, so I went down. And funnily enough it was one of the customers who was a friend of the dealer that helped me look at the car. I was busy when I went there but it was always kept nice and clean always. Five stars defiantly it was a nice experience.

Chrome Motors were super friendly from start to finish. This is a family run business and nothing was too much trouble. We had a small issue after a couple of weeks, they told us to bring the car right back and they fixed it. Left us feeling confident with our purchase, would definitely recommend and would buy again from them. genuinely rate your business. Couldn't have asked for a better service xx

Everything seems to be fine with the Seat, we did have to go twice just because the first time before we went my husband asked if the MOT was all done and when we got there. There were a few scratches on the car which needed to be buffed out but they were more than happy to get this fixed for us. Can’t fault them, the lady was lovely we went there on the day, and they made a big fuss and did do what they said they would do. And my husband is happy with the car. Chrome Motors keep you informed and the communication is good. 4.5 it wasn’t anything major and they were more than happy to fix it for us they went above and beyond! All very helpful 😊

After having some initial problems with the car post-purchase, I can say that the aftersales support I received from Chrome's been really good. They were a little bit absent at times meaning I had to chase for updates, but overall I'm happy and the car's been fine since touch wood!
