Renault Kangoo. I had the pleasure of buying a car from this small independent family business, nothing was to much trouble, I was pushed for time and they brought the car to me at no charge and let me have a test drive also, with no obligation. They sorted out the all the relevant documents for DVLA. I am over the moon with my purchase, everything in the advert was as it said.
Great customer service all round. Can’t rate the highly enough.

The same as all the other reviews, please google "Richard Palmer car sales". Jailed for doing much the same as it looks he is here, I wish I had done more searches!
We were sold a dangerous truck, exercised our consumer rights to return the truck within 30 days due to many faults, including the chassis in a dangerous condition and snapping in half.
We bought though them due to the advertised 6 months warranty but can't even follow consumer rights let along uphold they're warranty.
I encourage anyone else who has been treated the same to contact trading standards, we have done so.
Get the usual legal emails then ignored. Now taking to small claims court to try and recover our money plus losses.

We are a small family business who sell over 350 cars a year, cars on average 10-15 years old, not 2-3 years old. This example is a 20 year old Nissan Navara. From time to time we have disputes and we try to resolve them in a professional and speedy manner. Some are more complex than others. I purchased a car from Greenpoint Car sales in June 2022 and within minutes of driving it away a serious coolant warning appeared. Over the following weeks, both a Volvo main dealer and an independent mechanic confirmed significant faults with the engine. My attempts to resolve the issue directly with the dealer were unsuccessful and so I exercised my ‘30 day’ short term right to reject Under the consumer rights act of 1st October 2015. I lodged the matter with Trading Standards and pursued the case (successfully) through the Small Claims Court. The process took years and was only recently concluded but was nonetheless worthwhile.
I dealt directly with an employee of Greenpoint Car sales throughout, and after the issues arose, I later discovered publicly available news articles about his alleged past business-related convictions. I would absolutely encourage potential buyers to research thoroughly, obtain independent inspections, and be aware of their consumer rights before even considering proceeding with a purchase.

Great company. Found a Discovery 3 which was delivered by Richard the next day. All great and then a wheel bearing went. True to their word, Will came and picked up the car and had it repaired within the same week. Just returned from a 1500 mile France trip, which was why we needed the Disco in the first place, and the car was brilliant. An honest company with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.
