It was sound, really good. I have already left a google review 😊 I really appreciate them! I was looking for a cheap runaround for work, and they treated me the same as if I was buying an expensive car. I was picked up from the station on the day so I didn’t have to get a taxi so I wouldn’t fault them at all. It was the main guy that I was dealing with, and he was really sound to be fair five stars nothing bad to say about it.

Herts and Essex are a very good dealership, they were very helpful. I’m really happy with the Transit, I’ve gone with a van Herts and Essex as they do little upgrades on the van and extra bits, I just like the look of them and they seem to do it to all their vans. Charles was a lovely guy, he was very helpful and talked me through the van.

We’ve had the Ford Transit Custom delivered as we’re based in south Wales and are quite far from Herts and Essex. The delivery driver was a lovely bloke, however when he delivered the van he was not able to get to a train station due to the taxi services being sparse in our area, I’ve had to drive him to the train station which really wasn’t an issue. The logbook was not sent off from the dealership, there were a few check engine lights on the dash, and the boot doors are sticky however I have not raised it with the dealership as we’re based in a South Wales and we don’t think it would be worth all the travel to get it sorted. The online process was pretty good, it was simple.

The Peugeot is mostly fine, there is a bit of an issue with the clutch but I’m currently talking with the dealership about getting it sorted and the communication is great. the purchase was fine and everything was everything's been golden. They even stayed open an extra forty-five minutes just to just because I had finished work late, that was helpful. They were fast to respond, and the customer service side of things was top notch and even now after the sale, they're still looking after me.

I’ve dealt with Charles over the phone as im based in Ireland and he was helpful. The car took a bit of time to get prepared, but the whole experience was good. The Q7 is doing good as well, I’ve not had any issues with it.

The whole process was pretty good and straight forward. The simplicity stood out to me, I drove down from Scotland and within half an hour at Herts and Essex I was driving the car back, they had prepared everything for me. The finance company made a mistake and the boys at the dealership sorted it for me.

I'd rate it a 5 definitely. From the service we received upon arrival, to the quality of the car I couldn't be happier!

The Ford Transit is perfect exactly as it was seen on the website. The service from Herts and Essex was really good totally happy with it all, in fact I’ll probably buy another one in the future. It was worth the travel the van was immaculate. The service from one of the owners I think it was. He was a young lad and he was wonderful. five stars right up there with one of the best services I’ve had in years.
