The Tiguan is all running well. There was a bit of mold on the interior of the car when I picked it up and I did encounter a couple of delays when collecting the car from Hilton due to work being done on the car. Jawad was very professional and lovely, he kept us up to date on everything that was happening.

The Range Rover was great over all, the Ezenwa was good didn’t have any complainants there. Overall it was a good experience, however it would nice if the dealership could arrange transport from the train station when you arrive. I was after the specific model of the Range Rover Sport and found the one I brought on Autotrader, it was the one from Hilton.

Vikram was really polite, really professional, really nice, basically perfect. The Polo is brilliant, everything at Hilton was brilliant as well. We viewed the Polo soon as it was delivered, so there were a few imperfections. They were willing to fix it and they did it all in in a short time frame as well.

The salesperson showed us around 3 different cars and stayed over for us after closing. Overall, he was lovely and so very helpful! The Range Rover Evoque is great overall, it’s been perfect. PS The hot chocolate was great!.

Abu was very good, he was off for a couple of days, so I dealt with a few other people, and it was all smooth and very good. EQA is very good, I Haven’t had any issues with it.I live local to Hilton, and I knew which car I wanted, and Hilton had the right car with the right milage. Once we got over the first few hurdles the process was very fast, I was moving between two addresses and I encountered a couple of delays, can’t fault the dealership for them.

Tobi was good, he was very cooperative. I was looking for a car in my budget, and I saw the Ford Focus listed online on the Hilton website and ended. The Ford Focus is doing fine,

The Areton is amazing! The manager and Abi were amazing, I initially made a complaint about the car’s brakes, but the manager looked after me and sorted the issues with the brakes. Overall, I’m very happy with everything.

Overall, I’m happy with the overall dealership experience as well as the car but it wasn't as smooth sailing as I thought it would be. We have had to wait for the car, then I had to get back in contact to find out that the car was ready. I sold my old car when I paid for the deposit as I was advised the car was meant to be ready. When I went to pick up their car there were still a couple of issues, like the SOS battery being flat, the car had the wrong badges on it and the interior was slightly mouldy. I didn’t have a car at that moment, so I had to take it as it was and fix these issues myself basically. Even though my experience wasn’t ideal I’m still happy with everything overall.

The VW ID.4 is getting on really well, I’m really enjoying the car. Vikram was really really good, he was very informative and kind. Everything was so good it’s hard to choose the main highlight, if I had to choose I would probably go for the ease and speed of the whole process.

Abu was great, he stayed over a bit of time because I had a bit of delay getting there which was great! I just had sold my old car so I was looking for something new and I made contact with Abu, he made me feel quite comfortable so I booked a Monday off and come down to see what Hilton had to offer. I have been able to drive the Mondeo much since i brought it but the service I received was good.
