Bought a vehicle which had many issues arise after collection. Nothing but trouble trying to get problems solved and I was even threatened on the phone by the Dad which was comical. Having worked in the trade for major car manufacturer I didn’t think this level of service was even possible. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Dealer is very unprofessional and a really big time waster Avoid at all costs.

*AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS* Arranged to view a car to buy tomorrow (was not able to go buy it today due to the dealer closing early at 15:00pm) with Adam the D**khead and he agreed on a price with me. I then recieved a voicenote from him saying the car has now provisionally sold due to someone leaving a deposit to which i replied how is that possible when you closed at 15:00pm for a function or something and it is now 16:30pm how can someone have left a deposit after closing time. Adam then sent another voice note at around 17:30pm saying the apparent buyers deposit has not landed in the account yet so car is available but now the price is £575 higher then we initially agreed on. I challenged this as it is not right after we already agreed on a price to which i got a rude response stating 'You want it for that price if not then move on'. I mean im not sure what business this is or what sort of trainee salesmen they have in here but what sort of customer service is that?! Adam then tried ringing me to which i did not answer and he then made a threat saying 'Didn't think so' suggesting he was ringing me to be aggressive and threatening on the phone. *AVOID BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALER*

Shocking service. Vehicle not fit for purpose. Adam had no interest in solving the issues once the vehicle was sold.
My partner brought a Q7 CK63 XLY, on the day of collection light came on the dashboard & Adam which is not his real name by the way, took the car to be fixed, then he dropped the car to us a week later, we drove the car once & another light came on, we took it to a Audi garage where they stated there could be thousands of pounds of problems with the car(didn’t have the car a week) then Adam refused to have the car back & cancelled the so called warranty, nothing but issues with him

We had an excellent experience with Allan, from the first phone call to collecting our car. Great communication and hassle free purchase, would definitely recommend Holmes chapel cars to purchase your new vehicle
Having paid £500 deposit on Range Rover Evoque and after nearly 2 weeks of lies I found out Adam had sold it to someone else got my deposit back only to receive a text saying he had contacted his bank to recall MY money because I had left him a bad review I have since reported to Trading Standards

Extremely disappointed - AVOID AVOID AVOID Purchased this vehicle around 6 weeks ago, was impressed with the vehicle and its extra features and looks. Upon collection the vehicle had been immaculately valeted so much so the polish/wax had covered most visible chips/scratches which I later could see. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle I checked the water level and it was well below the low marker and the N/F/S suspension was squeaking and when I called Adam he said "Sorry I forgot to top the water up" and was not aware of the suspension noise. BMW later confirmed there was a split rubber on the arm, and play in the suspension and a bill of £700 to fix. They also said as it had just had an MOT it and should have been picked up. But as Adam does his own MOT`s so its clear he overlooks any faults. On the 3rd day I updated the BMW software and a recall notification popped up, this had been cleared prior to collection so I would not know of this. Thankfully BMW later completed the recall and fitted a new EGR Cooler. BMW also advised me that the car had been Re-Mapped, to which Adam denied. But Adam would have known this as the Ad-Blue has also been deleted and this is clear to see using the on-board vehicle settings. Not something I was looking for at the time of collection. 3 weeks later the engine started to miss, which I found strange as Adam had told me he had serviced the vehicle the same time as the MOT prior to my collection. I decided to open the air filter to check if it was dirty so I could understand if I has been told the truth about the service. To my astonishment it was absolutely filthy and clearly had not been serviced when Adam said it had. I then decided to service the vehicle and took a video of the air filter and oil as it came out. It had a very thick texture and was also gritty. The mechanic also said there is no way this has just been serviced. Whilst the car was on the ramp the mechanic also confirmed an oil leak and that I would need to book the vehicle in to inspect and fix. All this costing me more money, all because of Adams dishonesty. And now around 6 weeks after purchase, with the above mentioned and the vehicle leaking oil and now white smoke coming out of the exhaust I wish I never purchased the vehicle from such a dishonest person. He has clearly lied and cheated the MOT, not disclosed a previous accident, oil leak and others mentioned above. I would definitely not recommend buying a car from this place. AVOID AVOID AVOID
