Just bought a sports car from Toby at Junction 17, Peterborough and I have to say they have been very professional throughout the whole process. Firstly they were willing to reserve the car for me for over a week as due to their location to me I wasn't able to view the car straight away. I was assigned to Toby who was very friendly and not pushy at all, so it made for a relaxing experience, and a customer who feels relaxed tends to spend more. Toby went through the optional extras, eg warranty, ceramic coating, flex fuel carbon cleaning and although I choose to buy all these optional extras as part of the deal, I never felt pressured to do so which was refreshing. I went over some issues which need addressing on the car, both cosmetically and air con regassing both of which Toby sorted out without fuss. My 16 year old buy now looks and feels brand new. I would highly recommend Junction 17 and in particular Toby who before, during and after has put himself out to communicate well with calls and messages, nothing is too much trouble for him. Well done Toby and the team. 👍

When buying from Junction 17 Cars it was a easy and simple process. Lilly and I think Tom made everything great. The BMW is sweet, just waiting on my V5 but Lilly has this in hand.

Love The Audi TT, it’s a fast car which I like haha. I did look a few others from different dealerships, but this one sold by junction 17 featured the most cleanliness option. I was satisfied with the service I received, no push in trying to force a sale.

It was the look of the BMW that sold it to me really. I enquired about the car a few months back as a replacement for the Mercedes which I had. I am finding the BMW to drive a lot smoother and has more power. Ontop of this, the service at the dealership was professional and smooth going.

Love the speed of the BMW 4 Series, Junction 17 was selling it for the price that was suitable for me. I found the customer service to be pretty good at the dealership.

Getting on great with the Mercedes E Class and the warranty company as well have been brilliant so far. I was looking through online and was sceptical with the reviews however Tom there was brilliant with me at the dealership. There could be improvement for providing more information about the cars, regardless he was a good salesman

I thought there was a decent choice of cars at Junction 17. There was a bit of miscommunication within trying to work out a deal with the Ford Mustang however the lads service there was alright.
