Initially I went to a different dealership nearby and ended up having look at LMC’s stock of car as well. I found the A3 and I really liked the car. After around a week of having the car I got a check engine light relating to the catalytic converter, all the work done is covered by Audi’s warranty. Jen was really nice and I cant fault LMC for what happened with the check engine light.

I'm loving the Citroen e-Dispatch I got from LMC, they were all very helpful. If I could describe them in three words they would be "efficient, friendly and professional I'd definitely give them a five!

LMC were brilliant when I was at the dealership, unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the person that I have delt with. I always liked Mercedes so when I was looking to replace my Mokka I knew I wanted to go for one, then I found the A Class listed by LMC.

The staff over at LMC showed me the Nissan Leaf which I wasn’t aware of, they showed it off to me and I found it good. We have charging facilities at home so that will be helpful. I forgot the name of the salesperson I dealt with, but he was very good.

I did a bit of research into electric cars and the Leaf has a good reputation for reliability and ease of driving. I have had to remove the tax off my old car that I part exchanged with the dealership, I had a picture of the old logbook, so I managed to do it myself. I also had to ask for the charging cables as when the Leaf was being charged before I came to collect it, they forgot to put the cables back in the car. Grayson was very friendly during the sales process and was helpful throughout.

Not returned funds owed to me. Haven’t processed paperwork on p/x car so I’m receiving penalty notices not relating to me. Poor communication on these topics unfortunately. Still trying to resolve

We wanted to get an EV car because we do a lot of short distance driving and wanted to save some money on fuel. We specifically wanted the Polestar because it's the only EV we liked out of many other brands. We never intended to buy it on the day, but we when we went there, saw the car and test drove it, we just thought, we'll go for it, it's been it's been great, the Polestar 2 was in really good condition. Ali was great, there was slight issue with the V5 as it had to go in my wife’s name, other than that everything and everyone at LMC were great! It was really refreshing to go to a smaller car dealership, it was really relaxed.

Jengiz who we dealt with, was brilliant, he spoke to us on his day off and went in the following day to get the car ready. We found the I-Pace purely by chance, we went to LMC to buy a Tesla but when we were walking out we saw the Ipace and my wife really liked it.
