Very bad customer service. I paid a deposit for a car but was unable to complete the purchase due to family reasons. It has now been more than two weeks, and I still have not received my deposit refund. I have been calling the dealership every other day, and each time I am told that the money will be returned to my account automatically. However, after more than two weeks, nothing has been refunded. I have already made a complaint to the head office. In the meantime, I emailed the sales assistant, Declan, several times, but he has not responded to any of my emails. At this point, I am concerned that they may not return my deposit. Before paying a deposit to this dealer, think carefully, as you could face significant delays getting your money back if the sale does not go through. I don’t recommend this dealer at all.

Turning up at 2pm for a pre arranged appointment no one was available for 1 1/2 hours to help us test drive. Mr Toad, the manager at Mercedes Stoke gave numerous pathetic excuses why Steve 'Carlisle?' couldn't be bothered to see to us and no one could find the keys to our prearranged test car No we won't be buying from these useless bunch of !!!!!!
