Midlands Autohaus were able to arrange a viewing for us at quite short notice, as unfortunately our previous car was written of by a collision with a deer. Initially getting in touch with them was a bit difficult as we couldn’t get through via the phone. However, we got a call back quickly when enquiring via the website. They also offered to deliver the car to us as we lived about an hour away from the dealership which was a really nice touch.

The team was really helpful with me getting this car. I believe I dealt with Emma, who is normally the accountant. She was a really good salesperson and took me on the test drive. I went with the Autohaus as they had a good selection of cars. I ended up going with the Peugeot. I’ve had one before, and the 208 from Autohaus was better than mine. I’d 100% come back as they were really helpful when I had a problem with the aircon, they got it fixed within 2 days!

Everything was good, I highly recommend them. We bought the car for my son as a present for his 16th birthday. We have found out that the AC has not been working during the recent heatwave. During the sales journey, the staff were really good!

Would of been 5 if they knocked a little more off the asking price. As for the car I'm very happy.

The experience when buying the Ford Ka from Midlands AutoHaus was good, the delivery was fast, I do think they could of been better but overall the car is good they sent a detailed video, I'd recommend them

I'm getting on well with the Nissan Juke from Midlands AUtohaus, the process was really quick and easy I went up, did a test drive and decided to buy it the person I dealt with I think they were called Charlie was really helpful, Id recommend them

Midlands Autohaus delivering the Mercedes A Class to me was top notch, I do have a issue with the oil light but I am getting it fixed, the car itself looks very clean
