I had an Audi previously, then I got something different and didn't like it. So I went for an Audi Q3 again. I've been enjoying it. Whilst I was at NCH, it was good. The people were nice, and there was a slight problem when I first bought the car. They sorted it straightaway. I'd use them again and would recommend them to others.

Came across the Mercedes A-Class, although I was originally looking more at a Golf GTI. My manager told me to have a look at the Mercedes. I saw that one and thought, 'Very nice.' I was booked in for 10:00 and waited about an hour to be seen, but once everything got going it was really quick. From the time I was seen, I had the keys and was on my way within about 45 minutes. All of the staff were really friendly and really helpful. My parents are already looking at getting a car in the next 12 months and are planning to take a look because they like the amount of choice available.

Pleased with my DS 3 and it's been absolutely fine with no problems at all. I saw it online, really liked it, and decided to go for it. I didn't really look around at the other cars because I'd already decided this was the one I wanted. I'd had some bad experiences with cars previously, so once I found one I liked, I just went for it. Overall, I'm very happy with the car.

The Nissan Leaf is my first new car in nearly 30 years, so it's been an interesting change, and I'm enjoying it. I don't drive very much, but the car has been good so far. There were no problems at the dealership. The sales team was friendly enough. I would have hoped for more of an explanation about the features of the car, so overall I'd give it a four out of five.

My Mazda Cx-5 has been brilliant so far. The experince was really good, Cant remember the name of the salesman but he wasn't too pushy. I'd definitely consider using National Car Hub again if I was looking for another car in the future.

Volkswagen Tiguan has been alright so was the experience buying the car at National Car Hub.

I was specifically looking for the Citroën C4. I'm happy with the vehicle itself. The customer service was good, but I did have an issue with the part exchange. A price had been agreed through a third party, but when I got to the dealership, the value of my previous vehicle was reduced due to some issues they found. Although they did meet me in the middle in the end, other than that, the car and the service were good.

No concerns at all about my experience or the Ford Focus. The team at National Car Hub were really helpful through the entire process, and for that reason I'd recommend them to others.

I'd definitely recommend them 100%. I'd give them Five stars and if I could go higher, I would. This was my first car purchase, so I didn't know anything about cars, but Shah helped me out really well. Whenever I thought there was an issue with the car or had any questions, he told me to give him a ring and he would help me out and he always did. I couldn't fault the service I received. I'm happy with the dealership and I've got no complaints at all.
