I was looking for a car from the mainland as they are £1000 dearer here in N Ireland. I saw a BZ4X in Pinkstones Toyota at a ready price and it was the colour and low mileage I wanted. After a bit of research I discovered some of their review were poor. I rang and got talking to a salesman Mark and after a few calls decided to take the plunge and fly over to look at the car. I arrived at the train station and Mark picked me up. I had a detailed look over the car and was left to it with no one looking over my shoulder. The car was in very good condition with a few very minor age related marks. After a test drive with Mark I decided to buy the car. The whole process was comfortable, no pressure, no bulls***. Mark took me to the local Post Office to tax the car. I booked the car overnight onto the boat and arrived home next day relaxed. I was contacted by Mark to see that I arrived home safely. I have deliberately waited over a week to leave this review in case there were any issues. To date I have had none and the car is running perfect with a full service history and remaining warranty. This means I cannot comment on what after sales problem solving is like. Only to say I was treated very well during my whole contact with them.

Shocking and degrading experience by incompetent staff. I was told after my service that something needed doing but because parts were replaced recently this is under warranty - the person who told me this checked the system and even told me the date the parts were replaced. I was also told by the lady when booking it back in to have the job done that it’s under warranty So I take it back in to be quoted an extortionate amount because it’s not under warranty after checking up to see if my car has been done. I also told them that due to having no phone signal it’s best to email me - so they text me instead (when I told them on at work and have no signal) The staff really don’t know what they’re doing and are built solely on greed. I’ll never be returning to pinkstones.

A most friendly and welcoming environment. No pushiness or feeling of being pressured. The sales consultant, Forrest Sherwin was most polite, helpful and professional. He was patient and accommodating and happy to explain any questions. I personally have no hesitation in recommending Pinkstones Toyota.

Excellent attention to detail, will definitely recommend them. Especial thanks to Dan who really cared.

Do not use this garage , they create work that is not needed , my condenser repaired itself , nearly costing me £541 , do not use
