Harrison at Reynolds was very helpful, he answered any questions and guided me through the whole finance process, although in the end I just bought it outright. There was no pressure at all on the sale. It was immaculately clean when I left with it and smelt nice which is always a nice thing haha. I would defiantly consider going back here again if they have the right car for me.

Harrison was a great person to deal with, he was very knowledgeable and helpful and kept me up to date with all aspects of my purchase and collection. Great service. I apricated the honesty and transparency when a issue occurred with the car I was initially looking at, they showed me another similar car which I was happy with and went for. It gave me confidence and trust buying from Reynolds. I will 100% be giving a 5 star rating and if I am ever looking again I will be returning! Thank you.

Purchased a Audi SQ5, the car itself has been great had no issues, did a long drive down to London in it this weekend which was a proper test, not one issue. The service was okay, I think a few things could be done to make it a better experience for customers. They knew I was getting the train down from Manchester and it would have been apricated if they offered to get me from the station, it was only 5 mins down the road, they could have even brought the car I was getting and I could have test drive it back. I think little things like that that make all the difference. The parcel shelf was missing and it did feel a bit rushed while I was purchasing as other customers were turning up. I also found the car wasn't cleaned to which Harrison responded that he thought it was. In all fairness they did replace and sort all the wheels for me prior to arrival which I did apricated. A few little things could have been done and I think should be taken into consideration for the future to make it a more seamless transaction for customers.

Car is absolutely perfect, no problems with it at all. We needed a car quick before our wedding and Harrison really came through for us. He was very polite and patient with us. We were waiting for the finance to release the payment, and he didn't pressure us about it, he just waited until it was done. He was really helpful, I couldn't fault him. It was a 5 star experience!

Avoid at all costs, sold us a car with so many issues, suspension light came on same day we drove it away. They said they would fix it and insure the vehicle until this was done. They weren't insuring it and we ended up getting a fine and 6 points as they wouldn't own up to their error. All the issues with the car were never rectified, broken seat, suspension fault, faulty speakers, the list goes on. Absolutely terrible company.

Jack was a great help when I was buying my Polo, he sorted everything for me and was highly organised with everything he did. The polo is brilliant and and is great to drive! I have had no issues whatsoever, I highly recommend!

My granddaughter has used Reynolds in the past so we came here on her recommendation. We bought a Peugeot and Alfie, the salesman was a pure gentleman! He was great with us when buying the car, really informative and helpful. He also really looked after us when we had a a few niggles with our Peugeot he bent over backwards to get it sorted. I'm starting to think about getting another car for the family so I'll be returning soon.
