We have purchased cars at Stoke for a number of years but this time there has to be a special mention to Joe Chadwick. This last few weeks he has put in a considerable amount of time and effort to obtain my new car and has always kept me informed of the progress. Yesterday was handover day and as usual Joe had every thing in order to make sure that it was pleasure to pick our new vehicle.

I was encouraged by a ‘welcome’ greeting from the smiling receptionist who was attending to another customer. It was impressive that she took a moment and guided me to the Lexus model that particularly interested me.  Just as I had finished looking at the interior, a sales manager came over from the office to meet me. Joe took a great deal of time to establish why I had decided to visit Lexus; he asked me about my priorities for a car together with my general requirements and preferences. He explained the history of Lexus and how they were pioneers of the hybrid technology engine system.  Lexus were the pioneers who designed their cars around the hybrid system, unlike their major competitors who have adapted their vehicles to accommodate this innovative technology. Having had a lengthy conversation with Joe, who answered all my tedious questions, I arranged a test drive. The drive, two weeks later, ran smoothly and I was impressed both with the technology and the ease of adapting to the distinctive style of hybrid driving. This test drive alone, was enough to persuade me as to the purchase of this model which suits my needs. Joe was keen to ensure that he answered all queries and satisfied any concerns. I have delayed sending this review to assess my Lexus over a period. The car has been a pleasure to drive. It is evident that considerable planning has been put into extensive design features and comfort. It has proved a perfect choice for me as most journeys I make are short, although I do travel considerable distances about six times a year with family. I have learned that the success of this Lexus is, is not just about buying a car, it is also about buying into the Japanese culture of refined quality, care, and longevity. The exceptional customer service Lexus offer customers at Trentham, Stoke is a delight.

Last week we visited Stoke Lexus to “Have a look but definitely not buy today!” We came away having put a deposit down on one of the new LBX models they had in! We dealt mainly with Joe but also had some input from Chris. Both were so helpful, not pushy at all and clearly loved and believed in the product they were selling. They were also extremely knowledgeable. Yesterday we collected our beautiful new car and what a fabulous experience it was too. Everything was handled efficiently and the handover was truly very special - I won’t spoil the surprise for people! Joe was so patient in showing us how everything worked, setting up the app for us and linking it to the car. Both he and Chris re-iterated that should we get stuck with anything, no matter how trivial, we can phone one of them at any time. We felt quite reassured by this and that it was not just paying lip service. The car is absolutely stunning and so lovely to drive - our first Lexus and on our experience so far, I would say it won’t be our last! Thank you to Joe, Chris and also to the the ladies on reception who were all so friendly but professional.

We recently purchased our first Lexus from George at Lexus Stoke. Having purchased many cars over the years, of all makes, we have NEVER had such a professional, courteous and knowledge led experience as this. We will definitely return to Lexus Stoke for our next car.

Just bought my second Lexus, an RC300h F Sport, for the first time from Lexus Stoke. A great dealership! Peter Strudwick knows the meaning of a proper test drive and was extremely helpful throughout the process. OK so these guys want to sell you a car and have to maintain their margin at the same time but I was very happy with the trade-in deal they offered me - saved me the bother of having to sell it separately. As for the Japanese handover ceremony - just a knockout. These guys know what marketing is all about. Well done!
