Do not buy cars from this company. If I could I give 0 stars. I bought a BMW 7 series in April last year and on July (about 10 weeks after) my car broke down. The ECU failed. After trying hardly to get it fixed I still haven’t gotten now in mid January 2026. They pushed me to use my extended warranty which I optionally bought it instead to assume that the car had pre-existing fault. They think I don’t know about consumer law in UK probably but I going to have this sorted either way. Anyway don’t waste your money as I did, big mistake ever. I have 2 kids and no car for more than 6 months now and still paying finance on it. This is the worst car dealership. Avoid please

I honestly can't believe I fell for it I honestly can't believe I fell for it. Tenby Cars is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I went in thinking I was getting a good deal, but nope. They sold me a car that was a total wreck. They assured me it was in great condition, but as soon as I drove it off the lot, everything started falling apart. The engine's messed up, the suspension’s shot, and the electrics are all over the place. I tried to reach out to them about the issues, and they completely ghosted me. No response to emails, no return calls – nothing. It feels like they just want to get your money and send you on your way with a broken car, knowing you'll be stuck with the repairs. They straight-up lied to me about the car’s condition, and now I'm left with a massive headache. Please, learn from my mistake and stay far, far away from these scammers. Tenby Cars is a joke and they do not care about their customers one bit. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealership that actually has some integrity.

when it comes to a car it is all depends on aftersales and i can happily suggest you Tenby Car i bought bmw i had rocker cover gasket issue they booked me in within a week and resolve my within a day. i am very happy with the aftersales and sales team definitely recommended

DON'T LET THEM TO SCAM YOU. This is the reason for -Admin Fee of £199 🤣 This is not compulsory , they cannot forcing you to pay. Covers 12 months AA Breakdown Cover and 30 Days Gap Insurance and all relevant paperwork , Please Request our sales team your 12 months AA Cover and 30 Days Gap Insurance once you bought the car. Just walk away. Don't let you scammed.
