After having a horrendous experience from another garage and having to give the car back, I got this one and it’s really good. I saw the car in Windmill Autos, then looked at the reviews online which were also really good, and any negative reviews had been sorted out by them. So, I knew it was a good garage to buy from and when I bought it, they were really good and even gave me a courtesy car until mine was ready. The car I previously bought was same model, so I knew what I wanted but they let me look at as many cars as I liked. This one was cheaper and a year newer, so it was a win win

Everything going well, nothing is going wrong, after having manuals for a while I was fed up with them and decided I wanted an Automatic. They well and truly had the BMW I wanted, with the spec I was looking for. The hospitality at Windmill was good and just nice people to deal with, the only thing was that car will all dirty outside when I went to view the vehicle, but that’s understandable due to the weather. Yet the car was all nice and clean by time I went to go pick it up. I'll give them a solid 4

Andy was fantastic, really helpful and even came to deliver the vehicle, him and the service he provided was lovely. My old Auris had quite a few miles on the clock I decided I wanted to get hybrid automatic one as I’m getting a little lazy nowadays haha, I’m commuting a lot in town these days and thought a hybrid would be better for that. The guys at Windmill Autos had a good selection of Toyotas as I wanted to stick with them, they are very reliable, a car I had before I think has given me PTSD lol. I found the prices weren’t too bad, only little thing is I’m waiting on them getting back to me about the rear panel, other than that the service was lovely.

The service was great and they managed to turn the motor round in a day for me with fresh MOT which was great. Good salesman and glad he was because I love the car.

My Mercedes is all good, it’s a lovely little car, I’m enjoying it. I tend to change my car every couple of years I’m a impulsive, I like my german cars, had Audi, BMW and now Mercedes, next one’s a Porsche I reckon haha (maybe in 10 years time tho). The finance broker I went through works with Windmill Autos, but strangely enough my older brother got a car from them too a few months ago, by chance dealt with the same guy and both cars are running well. They’re all nice people there didn’t seem to be any hassle, they just made the whole thing just a nice and easy transition.

The Fiesta I had before this Lexus wasn't big enough for me, I've just started my own mobile mechanic business and need a bigger boot to fit all my tools in, also I've always liked Japanese cars. While looking online I didn't feel like it was a gamble as they had a website and a google page with reviews on it which a lot of dealerships don't, any of the bad reviews also had been responded to by the owner who would sort the issues out. It was like I could trust them more, plus as a mechanic I liked being able to see the workshop and I could tell they know what they’re doing, even tidy and and neat. I’d give them a 4.5 as there is an issue with the electric seats, if it didn't have those issues, it would've been a 5

The garage was really good, shame about the recalls not being done. But that said, I haven't any problems they were spot on just wish I would have known earlier. I was collecting the car mid day on Saturday and I chanced it and got there little earlier and it was there ready. Windmill came recommended by my finance broker, and to be fair the gentleman who I was speaking with at the garage couldn't of done anymore for me, unfortauntly I can't remember his name as I was too excited to get in the car haha. As a whole the garage was bang on!

I went to the dealership knowing what car i wanted. So when I arrived Sam was very helpful let me take it for a test drive. I then went over some things I wanted changing/doing before I purchased it. These were things such as a fresh MOT, fresh service, I wanted new tyre caps as well as the VW badges on the wheels changed. He kept all his promises and everything I asked was done, it was really appreciated. Since having the car I've had no issues, I have a 6 month warranty which I doubt I'll need to use but it is nice having the reassurance that it is there if I need it.
