The customer service from Daniel was spot on, I couldn't fault it. There was a few issues with the body/paint work that I needed sorted, and they kept their word and everything they said that they were going to do was done. The communication has also been excellent I couldn't knock it. And I will say having 6 month warranty and breakdown cover come with the purchase really gives me piece of mind in case anything goes wrong. The price was also competitive. I would rate the overall service a 5 out of 5. And would recommend Daniell!

Yeah of course, I personally had struggled with a previous car being sold to me in a very bad way that I unfortunately discovered months down the line at another garage which financially left me in a bad spot so when I was looking for another car I was careful where I went and so far haven't been disappointed. The chap I saw with yourselves was understanding and seemed very genuine so it made me feel more at ease purchasing the vehicle.

I found Dan to be a nice enough chap. He was honest and genuine about a lot of things concerning the car which I appreciated. It needed a fair few things doing to it before collection, and true to his word they were all done when he said they would be. Unfortunately his valeter let him down which was a shame, but I can't blame Dan as he was relying on a third party. Still waiting for my spare key which he's said he's posting out, so once I receive that it'll make life a lot easier for me and the wife.

Buying my Alfa Romeo Giulietta from Daniel was an absolutely brilliant experience. He’s such an honest, down-to-earth and genuinely lovely chap who clearly takes great pride in the cars he sells. His customer service is exceptional and he’s true to his word, which is something that’s rare these days. I actually work in customer service training and if everyone approached their customers like Daniel does, the world would be a better place! I’ll definitely be taking my partner back when it’s time for her to change her car. Seriously impressive.

I had been looking for a Tiguan for a while when I came across the one at Your Motoring. It had the best price I had found and it has been great since I purchased it back in August. There was a bit of a dispute with the mileage being higher than advertised, but other than this the customer service was good.

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta in July. I was happy with the customer service when I was buying the car, although it did have to go in to have a few issues resolved, which they did fix. For this reason, I would give my overall experience a 3-star rating.

The car hasn't been driven yet, as it's for my daughter's 17th birthday but it's been absolutely fine up to now. Everything to do with the sales process all went smoothly, it was delivered on time, and I was very impressed.

There was a couple of issues with the car that I've had to sort out myself over the weekend but nothing that affects how it drive, which is good as I do about 1000 miles a week. I had to chase, as I still haven't got my logbook, but I was told they will chase the DVLA for this. Everything else with my experience was good and the salesman that looked after me was great.

The dealership has good aftersales, as I had a leaky radiator. But once I mentioned this to the team, they pretty much fixed it as soon as it happened. Altogether, I would say the service is excellent, and I would potentially look to go back again if they had something of interest.
