Zero star if possible. A must avoid. Makes you transfer money into their account when buying a car (not safe and non refundable). Con artist called Darren, avoid at all costs, thousands of other garages across the country, use them and not this one. Car I purchased needed £2000 spending on it. Darren is a professional lier. They make around £7000 profit on each car.

On initial contact by phone was handled by Luke, answered all my questions efficiently and very polite. Got the best price he could for my wife's car. I felt very confident that the car would be spot on before I came to see it. Luke knows all aspects of customer care, I too am in sales and Luke is a credit to A1 Ortos. Very professional. On handover day we were dealt with by Darren, Darren too is top of his game and dealt with us amicably. Even remembered the bunch of flowers I requested for my wife. Lets be honest, unfortunatley used car dealers have quite a bad reputation. You can be confident buying off A1 Ortos. Top Cars, Top Lads. Oh and the wife is made up with the car too :) Paul Taylor

I travelled 250 miles to pick up my very high spec and beautifully presented Audi A7 BiTDI that was described by Jay as 'mint' over the phone. He wasn't wrong......it was faultless. I had had an issue with online banking limits but thanks to Jay and Mark it was sorted quickly and with the minimum of fuss. They were friendly and professional throughout the transaction with excellent pre-collection communication. I've bought many cars over the years but A1 Ortos, (although their spelling isn't great :)), were, like the car, faultless. The drive home was awesome! Like a lot of dealers they charge a £199 administration fee - don't argue about it, just pay it as the service alone is well worth it!! Picked up a BMW 5 series, car was in a very good condition, friendly staff and overall a very good exprience. Only reason why not everything rated with 5 stars is that the car had a BMW recall on it and it wasn't dealt with by the time I picked up the car. Otherwise I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for their next dream ride!

Purchased a lovely BMW 435d from A1ortos in June. Very professional experience and well looked after by Luke. Being in the midst of the pandemic it was an unusual experience which was well managed safely. The car is faultless and I’ve already added 5000 miles to the clock since buying and it’s been to BMW for a recall and they remarked on how good condition it’s in for a 65 plate. Had hundreds of luxury cars in stock so clearly know their trade. Will definitely consider buying from again.
