Outstanding service from Luke at Ortos;! Always felt he was being very straight forward,and up front about the car; highlighting features it did and didn’t have. Dealt with the whole Covid bit very well; couldn’t fault him in any way.
Picked up a BMW 5 series, car was in a very good condition, friendly staff and overall a very good exprience. Only reason why not everything rated with 5 stars is that the car had a BMW recall on it and it wasn't dealt with by the time I picked up the car. Otherwise I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for their next dream ride!
Purchased a lovely BMW 435d from A1ortos in June. Very professional experience and well looked after by Luke. Being in the midst of the pandemic it was an unusual experience which was well managed safely. The car is faultless and I’ve already added 5000 miles to the clock since buying and it’s been to BMW for a recall and they remarked on how good condition it’s in for a 65 plate. Had hundreds of luxury cars in stock so clearly know their trade. Will definitely consider buying from again.

I'm a returning customer to A1 Ortos. I initially bought a rare 3.5L V6 petrol C Class towards the end of 2018. That car was great, low mileage well looked after by previous owner. Sourced and offered by A1 Ortos. They really know what they are looking for, they don't have a flooded forecourt of run of the mill cars. This being my 3rd 204 c class i eventually started fawning over the newer shape 205 coupe's. To my surprise and excitement when searching on the off chance on their website in March of this year they had for sale a C43 coupe with the performance seats and exhaust! Needless to say I enquired to Luke. I wanted a test drive more than anything to see if the car wowed. And to avoid anyone snapping it up before me as the spec was truely higher than any other on Autotrader i placed the holding deposit. After the test drive i was blown away by it. Paul the owner wanted to talk with me when he realized i was sat in the car prior to the test drive, and advised Luke a route to take me on where i could open up the car away from built up traffic. He did say at the time i bought my 1st car off them to give him 1st refusal to buy back if i seen another car they had that i liked because of how picky he is in what he buys to sell. He most certainly had another car i wanted! They don't pressure sell to you. You are left to browse at your speed. And will happily help you if you need info. Paul knows i am crazy for the AMG cars, and despite someone else trying to do a cash buy for the C43 i had already put a deposit down on, they told this fella he can't just bully in over a customer they are already dealing with. So after all the paperwork side was worked out they was more than happy with how I presented the 1st car back to them. And in 1 week i was in my C43. Amazing car. Superb dealership with great guys and gals all collectively making this place what it is. The recently had a sale on my 1st car with the new owner for that coming from London. So all parties got what they wanted, which again is a testament to the quality of cars they sell! I'm still like a kid in the sweetshop every time i drive my car. I will be back to buy again when the time comes!

Nice relaxed atmosphere, time to look around the car without pressure. Managed to get a good deal for my Mercedes and purchased a Jaguar. Could have driven it away the same day but time didn’t allow, collected 2 days later. Would highly recommend. They have a beautiful group of cars.
Special thanks the guys here especially Jay Nicol and the Manager. Worked tirelessly to get the right deal for all parties. These guys are as flexible as the greatest contortionist. recently bought my audi S5 from A1 Ortos and I couldn't be more happier! luke, from start to finish explained everything to me down to a T. I was unsure how to go about part exchange as it was my first time doing so but i was reassured and the customer service was exceptional. I dealt with Luke, his approach was to give me the keys, step back and allow me time to view with no pressure. Luke was on hand to answer my questions and had a good balance between being attentive and giving me space, a rare thing in car sales these days.
