Appalling customer service from A6 Motor Company. In fact customer service doesn't exist. So rude, and offensive. They don't care about the customer and its the first dealership that run itself without the need for customers, their boss don't need customers as well, because I have sent an email for him to contact me but he didn't give a damn! And no one ever replied.
They tell you one thing and they lie to your face the next day and deny everything discussed the previous day. And the best joke of all that I heard from them, is that they don't clean their cars 'engine bay' because they don't want the customer to think that they are hiding something. LOL's
Even if you feel that you want the car badly like I did it just not worth it because you will be dealing with a couple of lying deceiving bunch that will do anything to con you. Its good I did not put deposit down or bother to buy because I was ready to buy in Full with cash and it wasn't cheap. But thankfully they drove me away, otherwise I would have been screwed for no after sales service like other reviewers said.
Just stay away for your own good, trust me.

Was looking to buy a car after seeing it online but told it isn't theirs to sell; a mates car but he has another garage so not sure what he wants done with it. Ready to go apparently. Checking the details reveals that it has HPI outstanding on it. The fact that these queries are an inconvenience to the gentleman as he "has lots to do" just shows you are dealing with your want-to-be sales professionals. When you visit a garage, you'd expect a reasonable level of service.

I found the sales assistant (Saffa) to be helpful, approachable and efficient.
Nothing appeared to be too much trouble and, most importantly, there was no high pressure sales techniques used!
The car was delivered, washed, cleaned and ready to drive.
Saffa took time to make sure I understood all the controls and gave me the confidence to drive the car without any worries or anxieties.
I have since driven the vehicle over 2,000 miles and it more than meets my expectations.
I would happily recommend both the company and Saffa, in particular to any one wishing to purchase a second hand vehicle..
In fact today my mother has done just that!

Started to purchase a car when I ran into personal finance issues, after i put down a deposit. Issue was resolved quickly without drama and deposit refunded in full. I would have no issue dealing with A6 Motor Company in the future, thanks Saf.

I have to say on reading previous reviews i was a bit scared to approach a6 motors but i'm glad i did. I could not have asked for a better service , bought a great vehicle over ten years old but drives like its new . The staff was very helpful specially sal and saf top mans . glad i went ahead and got my car from them was worth the time and effort lol . please don't be put off by any bad reviews !!! see them for yourself and trust you'll be glad you did like me :) . aa cover and 12 months warranty what more could i ask for . Great staff very helpful 100% would buy from these guys again.

I didn't go to see the Range Rover before i bought it so it was blind bought basically and had to trust A6 Motor Company's words. They sorted our issues to a degree, they paid for the issues to get sorted however we had to go out of our way to get them fixed. They had a bad attitude so I couldn't recommend them.

I purchased a Honda Civic in January AT the A6 Motor Company. It was clean and in good condition. They The dealers didn't know an awful lot about the car buy they were very approachable and friendly. I would recommend. I have had no issues with the car up to now.

At first I thought this dealer was perfect, had great customer service, was told finance papers would be run through within the hour upon me leaving..little did I know this was just a front. My finance company had to chase these people for agreement papers for days only to be told the car isn't for sale and it doesn't work anymore (even though the vehicle is still up for sale today!). Me as a customer, wasn't treated like a customer at all. I was never informed about the progress (even though my details were handed over) A complete waste of time, stay clear!
