Though the staff at Abbey Court Car Sales were friendly, I found their knowledge lacking. I found a car on eBay which would be ideal for work as it stated in the ad that it had heated seats but when I got it home there wasn't any. I was also told by the owner that there was no second key but one was given to me just before I left. Won't use them again as the place seemed too amateurish.

FANTASTIC service, cars were all as described & presented as if at a main dealer in the showrooms. 3rd purchase from abbey Court Car Sales & the staff are so helpful & put no pressure on you at all.

AVOID ABBEY COURT CAR SALES. Purchased a car for £1300 on 21/12/18 on 29/12/18 EML light came on had to call AA who have sent a report stating that the DPF is faulty on calling the garage James explained nothing can be done as no warranty is given and I'd have to email a director , I got a call back from the office on my mobile to check if it was the correct number as I had called in the morning from a landline l, Ross called me back and was unwilling to help he was rude and arrogant and claims i signed a document which is bullshit further more he called me back again saying they have no record of selling me that car so how did you get my details Ross as James clearly stated that you have it on file I suspect fraud.

The only place to go to get a great deal can’t thank the friendly staff enough no pushy sales men and great cars with great prices

Having drove for over a hour and a half to get to Abbey Court Car Sales ,i got to see the vehicle but couldn't take it for a test drive,they wouldn't let me .These Goons are a waste of space and should be avoided at all costs,especially if you are thinking of travelling some distance.

I have purchased a car from them and found out that there are few issues with it but I didn’t worry too much at the beginning as I knew I have paid for 3 months warranty and they should sort this out. They have changed the gearbox seal but after this never managed to identify other two issues. When I have told them that I will go to another garage they refused to pay for car to be fixed, and offered a full refund for the car( never mentioned anything about deductions). Only after I have taken car back to them they have told me that I have done too much mileage and they will charge 25p per mile. So I have ended up with no car and another £1000 deducted from my deposit. This company is not clear about their T&C’s. Be aware!!!

Went along to buy a VW Beetle with my partner…the car was excellent, exactly as detailed in the ad. The purchasing of the vehicle was a friendly experience & honest advice regarding the car & the finance etc… Good team work there & drove away around a hour later & the car valeted…thankyou again.

Went to view A4 travelled two hours and speaking to Kieran on the phone. Arrived to be pleased with correct description and honest description of car. Few age related marks. Cars are all priced cheap and customer service was a high standard even though he was looking after a few customers at the same time. Would recommend Abbey Court Car Sales.
