On first phone call they took deposit for car and promised i will get it refund if i dont go ahead with purchase. Call them next day that i dont want o buy that car. refuse to payback deposit taken. Avoid them

I am in a position of having been taking to court for a crossing charge currently standing at over £300. I sold a Land Rover to the owners of this company for 38k in 2018. They gave me some story about needing the reg form as they were dealers and would put it in the new owners' name. However, they did not and have been driving around with it still to this day registered in my name! I have phoned them over the past 2 months and they have done NOTHING and it is still in my name and I am legally liable for this massive fine. Dodgy, untrustworthy and terrible people.

Just buy Vito Minibus, Massive selection all London taxi compatible under new law and they know there stuff inside out thanks for all your help
Bought a car with Access Commercials claiming to have fixed the faults in the car. They did not and would not repair it at a later date. Don't purchase any cars from them. Not worth the money!

Customer purchased Vito Minibus, She choose from selection of 20, She had very limited English and she bought for Taxi but they said is had privacy glass and this was not allowed where she was registering, she thought this was fault we tried to explain and told her to bring back and exchange then she write this

I brought a van a couple of weeks ago and am very pleased with it. George the salesman was very helpful and couldn't have made the whole process any easier and great customer service. I have known this family run business for the last 25 years,I can only go on the dealings I have had with Access Commercials, they are very loyal very trustworthy,very precise in their descriptions of vehicles, they are big commercial dealers who go on from their reputation they are good people with a very good customer base who trust them,we in Essex seem to realistically place an order for what’s needed and access find the vechicle needed it takes all the stress out of working to replace vehicles,I trade with this company for a very long period now and they are as stated very trustworthy I recommend buyers regularly,

I bought a van off Access Commercials 4 months ago. After driving around for a week I noticed the van wasn’t driving correctly, after further inspection I noticed the bonnet & back panels were out of line. When I asked Ray about this, he tried to accuse me of crashing and repairing the van within 7 days of ownership. I had my theories confirmed by FORD dealership, it was definitely a crash repair. THESE GUYS ARE CON-ARTIST....AVIOD, AVOID, AAAVIOD If you’ve seen on Watchdog these big companies are obtain unrecorded written off vehicles from insurers and repairing / selling them on within the time scale, before they are legally obligated to declare the vehicle as written off, On the national data base. Which is a HPI check, so all the vehicles will come up clear, because they haven’t been declared - this is the loop hole their using.
