We recently purchased a Nissan qashqai 2013 from ace motors.
The garage put the car through a MOT and a full service there where some issues with the car and ace motors sorted every single problem out and made sure it was perfect for us to drive away we absolutely love the car and already we have recommended ace motors to our friends and family absolutely brilliant service I will be buying again in the future.

I bought a car from this dealer in 26th September 2022. I was told by ACE Motor Vehicles Ltd the car will be serviced and will have one year MOT. Within few days of purchasing this car, I noticed so many faults with this car which includes : the service lights for the car was on and requesting the car should be serviced, Service ESP Light came on, ABS light was on, the rear tyre was loosing air, there was warning light that the oil is low etc. This same car started having coolant problem shortly after purchasing the car and kept displaying on the dashboard. I requested for the details of the ombudsman or information of the regulatory body from this dealer so I can send my complaint to them. This dealer until date has not sent me this information. Please be aware that the first time I got in touch with them to make my complaints, they did not respond to my email. It is shocking how a car that this dealer mentioned was serviced will be requesting I top oil within days of purchasing the car. I also requested information of the mechanic who did the servicing and the MOT. Please be very careful before purchasing a car from this dealer.

Customer bought a petrol insignia in september 2022. The car was supplied with 24 month warranty, 12 months mot and was fully serviced. The customer inspected the car and was given a test drive. He was happy to proceed with purchasing the vehicle and took the car away on the day. He drove the car back to Aberdeen(300 miles). His initial complaint and everything really thereafter was because a service message appeared on the dash in the coming weeks. He did not believe the car was serviced even though official proof was provided. To keep him happy we booked the car(he is above booking his own car in for diagnostic) into a local garage in Aberdeen to service the vehicle(Again!) and diagnose the service light. The local garage will not deal with this customer anymore because of the abusive and threatening behaviour he showed towards them at the time. He has been abusive and threatening to our staff with a chain of threatening emails to both us and a legal company we retain. He is quite simply the most ignorant, entitled and unreasonable customer we have had the displeasure to deal with in all of our years selling used cars.

Brilliant service from Ace Motor Vehicles. I recently purchased a car from them and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I looked at a range of 4x4s and they were great in helping me select the right car for me and my family. Everything was very quick and any repairs needed were dealt with timely for me with a quick turn around. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
