Bought a mini from these people, thought they was really nice until I realised how uninterested and unhelpful they were! I had private plates on the car & I they was supposed to get the original(which took 5 weeks!!! For a ( minute job) had to go back down as the phone number on the invoice was incorrect! Hadn't heard anything about the log book, so I went and asked and the useless owner told me he'd sent it off. Two months later I ring dvla and they have no records at all of any of my details!!! Absolutely shocking awful place wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from these! No communication at all. Said he'd fit my number plates for me 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting!
I went and looked at a Vauxhall Astra at Affordable Used Cars Leicester and I do have to say the sales staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a few things that I wanted doing that did get done. When I need another car I would go there again.
The transaction itself was fine but I had things missing from the car which to this day still hasn't been resolved and it's been nearly 3 months. I've called them up and taken time going back down a number of times and every time it's either 'the person you want to speak to isn't here' or 'the part will be her next week'. Not very professional at all, I don't feel respected as a customer and I wouldn't recommend them based on how I've been treated.

Used Affordable Used Cars Leicester Ltd to buy a Vauxhall Corsa. The customer service was great and more importantly I got a great price for the car. The sales staff were very friendly and very helpful all all times.I would recommend this car dealership.
